Cindy MAC is an experienced, empathetic and 100% professional personal trainer. She is well organized and sends out regular reminders of upcoming training sessions. She keeps the training sessions moving along and mixes up the exercises for maximum effectiveness. Very importantly for me, she encourages but does not dictate. She has swapped out or modified exercises that proved to be unsuitable. Cindy also has access to full time rehabilitation professionals if questions arise as to what exercises should be done for a particular purpose or in light of a limitation. Cindy's rates are very reasonable, and she gives full value for every appointment. I have worked out with Cindy for two years now and my body has transformed in a number of ways. First, I started to focus on losing weight. I have always been relatively strong, but I didn't realize how much the core of our body is responsible for our strength, balance, coordination, and even flexibility. Cindy has worked with me as my goals have shifted and continues to challenge me. I have lost almost 70 lbs and dropped over 14% in body fat. I have watched her train others for different reasons. She has multiple plans to fit anyone's budget so you'll never have to worry. I personally enjoyed every session I had with her. If I was in a bad mood when I came in, she pulled me right out of it. If I didn't feel so good one day, she would modify the workouts to my needs. I needed to get back into shape and she got me there. I'm going to start by letting everyone know that I found Cindy using the Yelp App. My first meeting with her I had to let her know that I have Multiple sclerosis and that I haven't worked out in a long time. She was amazing on how she took it upon herself to research MS and make sure that see gave me the best workout for my health situation.
