He carefully explains the workout, techniques and any modification if necessary depending on your level or if you have any injuries to help avoid further injury and to get results. I love the facility which is located in Sag Harbor. It is very personal and worth every minute and $. I highly recommend Motus Crossfit as I am 50 yrs old and in pretty decent shape considering my age. Motus has helped me continue to perform at a high level in other sports I am involved in.
