I started using Pilgrim Cleaners last year because I needed some comforters and bedspreads cleaned and they've done an amazing job. I then decided to start sending my sheets in because it's difficult for me to wash and fold king sheets by myself. I like getting my sheets back folded and wrapped in plastic to put in my linen closet until I need them. I did ding a star because they washed a quilted bedspread and it shrunk quite a bit, to a queen-sized spread. I just put it on a different bed. read more

I've never been charged so much for dry-cleaning in my life. $56 for 5 items. Dropped off on Friday, couldn't pick up until late Monday. Maybe this is their business model?! Or maybe I'm used to cheaper, more expedited dry-cleaning. Two of the employees were rather curt. The young lady that was there when I picked up my items was very polite, though. Dry cleaning at Pilgrim is always done well. They fixed a problem with pressing a suit collar that another cleaner couldn't correct after three visits. Hours are good. Costly, but quality work every time. read more

Do not recommend for wedding gowns. Brought in a very expensive wedding gown and when I went to pick it up, the train had yellow water stains. Clearly it had not been inspected before calling it done. I am glad I checked While at the store. I asked them to redo it. Got a call the dress is ready but the stains didn't come out. They offer to clean it a third time. The stains did come out but some of the beads are missing, loose threat in several places, and the bra cups completely damaged. paid over $200 for a cleaning that ruined the dress. read more

The dry cleaning is excellent and no stains go unnoticed. We use the pick up/delivery service. Our driver - Chris A. is punctual, friendly and professional. There have been times when I wasn't sure if I missed the pick up time, but I give him a call and he always answers and is so nice about everything! He's always willing to help out. The shirts I brought there got cleaned well enough, so they don't rate a one-star. But they did write "18" in permanent marker on the inside of a shirttail of every one of my shirts. They did so without even bringing it up on the front end. When I asked about it they reacted like I was strange for simply not wanting people that I took my shirts to for cleaning to refrain from marking on them permanently. You see, 18 is the number of their store, and how else would they know how to route the shirts? I'm guessing since every dry cleaners I've ever used has managed it, there's a way. To be fair, when I brought it up the lady at the counter did (after some hesitation) tell me that they'd simply tag the clothes with a paper ticket in the future. But, though she was polite about it, it was clear that she thought I was being a little unreasonable to ask for such a thing. I was frustrated that this was offered as a solution, as all of the shirts I brought in that day had already been marked. Putting tags on them doesn't unmark them ma'am. Look, it's not the biggest deal in the world, but not everyone wears every shirt tucked in. Therefore, your "18" is frequently visible, particularly on WHITE shirts. So, I guess it is kind of a big deal to me. Maybe the rest of their customers don't think it's a big deal, I don't know. But a cleaners who doesn't think it's necessary to bring u p the fact that they're going to permanently mark all your clothes isn't going to get any more of my business. This location has horrible customer service. The mature woman working near the front would not even greet me after I cheerfully said "hello." The other lady behind the desk did respond...unenthusiastically. I don't know what's going on, but they should find another job or stay at home with the attitude and unprofessionalism. My old dry cleaner closed so I tried Pilgrim in Eden Prairie. Well, they made all the dirt and stains disappear! AND they made my shirt disappear too! I have gone here a number of times since moving into the area. I have had mostly rayon or silk items cleaned and pressed and have been happy with the results, though I guess I am always blown away by how expensive dry cleaning gets. Will not be returning here. Twice I brought in a dress to be cleaned and got home to find spots still on the dress so had to return to have it cleaned again. They have forgotten shirts from my order and the last and final straw was when we got home to find we had someone else's tie and not the one we brought in. We ended up getting our tie back but Pilgrim offered no apology for the mix-up and us having to make another trip to their store. Very poor work and even poorer customer service. Only use them if you don't mind them ruining your clothes or misplacing them. read more

This cleaners has very poor customer service. The women at the front are rude. They don't greet you when you enter the store. I brought in a few pieces to be cleaned and pressed and when I went to go pick them up they had permanent marker on the front of the blouse. My white pants were not pressed as well as I would have liked. They offered no apology for the marker on my blouse. Will never go here again and would advise you not to. read more

I tried this cleaners twice. I live in the area of Eden Prairie and thought that its more convenient than going out my way. The first time I dropped off my clothes, the staff was ok with customer service. My pants was not creased as promised but still paid. The second time I visited, the staff was not very friendly and also said that my clothes may fade if dry cleaned. WHAT!!!. Why would it fade if I had it dry cleaned before? I returned to pick up my clothes and they didn't look clean to me. I still had to pay. I will never go to this cleaners again. I would rather go to St. Louis Park.
