The response from Mulberry's is typical. Not once in my correspondence with their management or my review here on Yelp do they accept any responsibility for the foam piece that was stuck to my scarf that had brown residue on it which stained the scarf. Their "scientific testing" doesn't tell the whole story. When their staff person removed it, she said to her co-worker while I was standing there, "I don't know why they use this stuff, I've seen this happen before". I brought a winter jacket in a few months ago to get it cleaned in preparation for winter. I just got it out due to the cold weather and was dismayed to find that the filling in the coat is complete ruined. It is clumpy and matted and deformed. The coat doesn't fit well and it looks completely off. More upsetting is that I contacted Mulberries through their website and then, after not hearing anything for several days, I called and left a message. Despite two attempts to reach out, they have not acknowledged me at all. This was a very expensive coat and I've only had it one season. It's very disappointing that they not only ruined my coat, but have made zero effort to reach out to rectify the situation. read more

When I need stains removed on clothing the person I am dropping them off does a good job to ensure that the stains are washed off. I have had a very good experience at Mulberrys. Everytime I pick up my clothes that I can't wash myself, such as my sweaters, they all are totally clean and they look perfect. read more

While the employees were great I find the quality lacking, especially for the prices. I chose them because they open earlier than competitors, however, the 3 shirts and 1 pair of pants were not laundered to a reasonable standard. I elected to have medium starch because there's an uncharge for high starch (which I don't understand why). Needless to say, I will opt to use another business that opens later and have better quality which equates to more value. read more

First, I dropped off several shirts in in a locker at Byerlys. I call several days later to find out they have lost everything. A week goes by and they send me a picture of my bag and couple of shirts. They tell me they are going to have it delivered but nothing shows. I emailed again since they do not answer the phone. They lost them again. Another week later I get some shirts dropped off at my door. They are not mine. I emailed them to let them know with no response. Another bag shows up at my door. Again, none of the clothes are mine. Since I have other peoples clothes, others must be having the same experience I am. I send all of the clothes back and they gave me a $25 credit. 2 days later, the same clothes that are not mine show up at my door. I check my credit card and they billed me $60. Great dry cleaner service. I had a spot on my suit that they were not able to remove and offered to redo it again free of charge when I came to pick it up. Ultimately they were not able to remove the spot, but I appreciated the effort. They have pick up and drop off options. Street parking only they do have a spot right outside the store for a quick visit. They also sell nice smelling, expensive laundry products in store. read more

I took my expensive and very sentimental designer coat in to be dry cleaned and was offered special hand pressing when I worried about the hot press damaging the fabric.
