The ServiceMaster of Prescott team came to the rescue within a few hours after a shocking hidden water leak and mold discovery in the kitchen. I spoke with their very kind owner, Eppie. He assigned Jeremey his head Service Technician to investigate the situation that day. Jeremy arrived within 2 hours with a huge amount of Aloha Spirit, courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. He offered an expert analysis on the findings and conditions determining the immediate steps to take. The ServiceMaster Team - David, Harrison, Roy and Zach arrived the next day to start water mitigation then mold remediation. Harrison and their Project Manager David were incredibly helpful and meticulous on the project work. They communicated updates, addressed questions and notified me before entering, leaving, and securing the house. The entire crew was on time, polite, compassionate, and respectful of my property. The home office administrative staff equally matched the mitigation and restoration crew's stellar service. It was a joy to work with Beth and Karen in the office. They dialed in the billing and scheduling seamlessly. An Operations Manager from Enviro Check Phoenix was scheduled by ServiceMaster to conduct the final mold analysis...and my kitchen passed right away! I told Beth even though the situation was upsetting, working with her and ServiceMaster Prescott made it a much easier experience! Everyone was extremely supportive from start to finish. I'm SO thankful I called this company, it is worth the investment and peace of mind. Thank you TEAM!

After we had already agreed on the inspection fee, he requested additional payment, claiming that inspecting the crawlspace took longer than expected. 3. He then wanted to charge extra to inspect the hot tub, even though he had previously agreed to include it in the inspection price. As a result, we ended up paying more than $1,000 for the inspection. 4. The inspection report reflected a lack of expertise, with many items simply recommending "further investigation" rather than providing meaningful findings. 5. The fireplace produced very little flame during the inspection; however, he concluded that there was no issue based solely on the seller's agent's statement that it was functioning properly. When I questioned why the fireplace produced so little flame if there was nothing wrong with it, he stated that he did not have expertise in evaluating that issue. 6. He also had a very unprofessional attitude throughout the process. 7. Later, we hired another inspector for a different house and were provided with an inspection report that had been prepared by him for the seller. Our inspector identified two code violations that were not documented in his report. Lesson learned: Don't automatically use the inspector recommended by your real estate agent. Consider researching and selecting an independent inspector so you can make your own decision.

He missed the evidence of ongoing water damage which is why I hired him in the first place! Now I have thousands of dollars $$ needed in restoration work after escrow closed with no recourse from the seller. Way better choices and options. Hiring him is not worth the risk you'll be taking. I appealed to Daylan to work with me on his poor home inspection and at least offer me a "50 percent $300 refund" on my $600 inspection. He REFUSED and had no regrets and felt zero responsibility about his failures to discover existing costly repairs! Not customer oriented. Has no problem resolution skills and shows no effort to correct mistakes!
