Steve at Pillers auto is my car guy, and he's been my family's car guy for years -- at least a decade. We have been very pleased with their service over the years and find the shop to be friendly and reasonable. They do all of our scheduled maintenance and tire work for much less than we would pay at a dealer. Pillers is convenient to our home and it's easy for us to schedule appointments. If you are in the neighborhood, you should check out Pillers too. read more

So I lived down the road when these guys took over. They don't have the capacity to do a TON of work and their rates are med/high. The only have 2 bays, but no problem yet about the service personally. Its more of a convenience, but get an appointment. I had to choose other places cause they were booked. Chances are you can get a little cheaper too. read more

All four of us in the family can not say enough positive things about Piller's Auto repair. I recall 20 years ago when another service station said it would be $1,000 to repair the car, Steve (the owner) asked as a good business person would, "how long will you keep the car?" We didn't plan to keep it more than one year and he repaired it for $50 in comparison to the $1,000 and there were no issues during that time. We have used Pillers for many years and his prices have been great, service is great and friendly, ethical. I highly recommend Pillers Auto Repair! read more

Had a truck I was interested in buying taken to them for an overall assessment find out if it had any major issues. The assessment found it had two issues the seller already disclosed but nothing else. I bought the truck and thought all would be fine. There was a problem with the truck within 1 day so I took it to my local mechanic and they found over $2000-$3000 in problems with it, I then took it to a Ford dealer and they found the same exact issues ($6200-$8200 with them). I trusted this shop and they let me down big time, I feel completely deceived. read more

They have expanded alot since the last review. They now have 4 bays and an addition in the back. They do book up fast but they have great customer service and are very trustworthy. I go to them will all of my cars and they aren't just trying to sell me stuff I dont need. They have the only flush mount alignment rack around and they really know what they are talking about. I definitley reccomend going to these guys! read more

I have been a customer for 20 years. Steve is great, he stands behind all the work they do. His is the only shop I will let work on my vehicles. I trust him completely, if he recommends a repair, it is because it is needed. I worry about the day he retires and I have to find someone as trustworthy and reliable as he is. I live in Grafton, about 40 miles away from his shop, and gladly trailer my cars 45 minutes each way for the quality service he provides. I wish I'd found him earlier. His guys always get the job done, they know exactly what to do and they make sure it's done right. On multiple occasions they've gone the extra mile for a repair. For example, I went to pick up my 1985 Corvette once and one of the techs was just finishing up hosing out the radiator ducting of leaves that had accumulated--and the repair wasn't even related to that. Bill knows Corvettes inside and out and, despite always being busy, is willing to take the time to talk about an issue and convey what he knows and recommends. I live in fear that he'll retire one day soon--I'm not sure who I'll trust my Vettes with in the future were that to happen. Yelp! I'm begging you not to sideline this review as "not recommended." This is a legitimate review based on years of experience and numerous transactions with the reviewed company.
