Dwell was great! We…read morehave a Spanish style duplex in northeast Los Angeles, that we wanted to fix up. Unfortunately, we first hired someone who didn't know what they were doing. We realized half way through that things were going in the wrong direction. We had to stop and find someone new. My wife saw some of Dwells work in our neighborhood and was impressed. She met with the home owner and he happily recommended Dwell. So, we met with Geo and work started soon after. We had to sandblast the exterior to remove the stucco work that was incorrectly applied and apply new smooth stucco. They also installed a new roof, wrought iron railing, central air, and built a new awning with Spanish tile. Everything came out great! We enjoyed working with Geo. Easy to talk to and responsive. Guided us through the process and helped with the aesthetic choices making my wife's vision for our home come true. Pricing was straight forward. What he quoted is what we paid. Geo and his team were great to work with. Everyone was professional and friendly. They were responsive in answering questions and keeping us updated on scheduling. I've been wanting to put in a new closet organizer system, but put it off for years because I just didn't want to deal with the mess and hassle of another construction job. My son had used California Closets in the past and was pleased with their work, so I thought I would bite the bullet and give them a try. They did not disappoint. From my very first meeting with the designer, Julie, I felt at ease. She listened to what I wanted, then came up with a design that fit my needs. Before the order was finalized and placed, the field supervisor, Gus, stopped by to view the job site and make final measurements to insure a perfect fit. California Closets has a system in place where I was notified of every step in the process. Today was the final step. Jason showed up exactly when he said he would and immediately went to work putting my new closet in place. The long, messy construction job that I dreaded did not happen. The whole process was easy, thorough, and very professionally done. From tear down through construction was less than one day. I needed to hire a separate handyman to perform the tear out process.
