Everyone from reception, the care team and discharge nurse were exceptional, I can't say that enough. I wish I could recall all of their names but when in pain that was not my priority. The hospital was very clean, inviting, and comfortable even in the waiting room. Thank you for such a great experience during a difficult time. I was in and out in about 2 hours even though the ER was pretty full.

My mom's occupational therapist at the time mentioned her sister was with High Lakes Care Home so we set a date to take a tour. It was so different than previous places. It being a smaller facility there is a more personal and homey feel. I like that each person has their own room yet they have a shared living room, a beautiful backyard (with a porch that is used a lot during nice weather) and its in a quaint neighborhood. I feel that there is a great amount of interaction and activities throughout the day. They also provide varied and delicious homemade meals as well as snacks/beverages as needed throughout the day. The house is also kept in good order. The staff does a great job with each of the residents room as well as the common areas. We have had a wonderful experience interacting with Holly the owner. She is so kind, responsive and has been extremely helpful in navigating the changes happening with my mom. She is very thorough in hiring staff that is caring and capable. My interaction with all the staff has been great. Everyone I've met has been so nurturing and patient with my mom. I stop by often and at different days/times and have always felt comfortable and at ease having my mom there. Its never easy having to find a home for a loved one but High Lakes has made the transition easier for us. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a caring, safe, engaged and clean home for your loved one. (My mom is currently at the Sisters location.)

The work experience here was not good. For years, they have had a great deal of turnover with…read moretheir staff which leads to confusion and disorganization. They were misleading when doing job interviews and, when asked, they were not forthcoming about clinic problems concerns. This disarray ultimately prevents them from providing consistent, high quality patient services. There seems to be a systemic dysfunction going on within this organization. This significantly decreases their ability to provide continuity of care for patients in their clinic.

I want my blood work results as they're done because one takes longer than the bulk of it, I've called multiple times to ask them to put notes on the chart to send it out by the time oh yeah we can do that then you talk to somebody else and they say no, we can't do that. I asked them to send my blood work on Tuesday it's Thursday I haven't seen anything. Absolute worst thing is they do not have a patient portal. The inconsistency of information I get has gone to the point where I'm looking for another lab.
