Courteous folks, pledge a great deal of helpful service. Needed tires on a whim, my last cars…read moreengine had fried on the side of the road. Had a backup car, yet needed some serious tire help. Heard the advertisement. "Tank" is a nice person. His crew is not very knowledgeable unfortunately. Almost stranded due to a transmission problem I had previously fixed. Brought it to their attention, and got the, "sure bring it back, I know a guy" speech, with no return phone. Tires are great. Balance off at 55 mph, shifted the weight by a quarter on a wheel I knew was previously bent and adjusted, no more vibration. The financing...listen closely to what is being said. You have to pay almost double the payment to stay ahead of the term financing, or get suckered in for the full interest amount. It was said, We will work with you if their is a problem. When you approach the offer, its typical, "I need something now, this is not enough, we need to know what you are going to do" type of excuses. Bottom line, pay them off quick. When I made two payments on the end amounts, I received a, "why do you want to do that, I can't make any money off of you?" Typical side- show-bob routine. Also they charge you sales tax on top of sales tax with each payment. Haven't looked up if its an issue with the state or if its an offense. Also, one employee often remarked, "What you paying me today?" when payment was collected. Zero professionalism in my book. I give it a three for the product and ability to finance, the later problems are obviously a "1". Clovis store seems to be a typical local style store in town which does financing, think they have you because of the service and the product they offer. From research and baseline information, what I understand its corporate image for stake and shareholders. Rob the needy blind so they line their pockets. Main office is based out of Tampa, FL. No hello's, no warm welcome just a what do you need?. He took my info and keys and not another word from him. So I sat in 1 of 3 hard plastic chairs waiting in I guess what they call a waiting room. About an hour into it he said yours is on the rack so shouldn't be much longer. Not much longer must equate to another hour. This dealership service department is so unprofessional. The employees weren't wearing company shirts and they were wearing shorts, not uniform shorts one was wearing cut off denim shorts. They were answering and talking to customers on speaker phone. I sat there for right at 2 hours waiting to get a simple oil change and heard them complain and make comments about customers the whole time. The young service man, in a Ford uniform, that brought the paperwork and my keys in was the nicest one there. So kudos to him. Would I go back there? Nope!

I'm either throwing a code within 48 hours of having been serviced or the job wasn't done properly resulting in leaking oil or fuel from a fuel filter replacement. You're probably better off taking it to a local mechanic. They literally can't be any worse and at least you're helping local small business.
