This Pilot has nice cashiers and a lot of parking so it shouldn't be an issue to find parking for the night. I stopped to get fuel and a weigh. There's also a Verizon located on the inside as soon as you open the doors from the semi truck fueling section. The restrooms were clean and everything looked stocked. This gas station is spacious and clean. There were no issues with the pumps and they offer diesel fuel. There's a convenience store, a McDonald's and subway inside. The convenience store was well stocked and they even had DEF in stock! Overall it was a good experience stopping here for fuel and DEF. read more

It's the usual Pilot, which means plenty of fuel pumps, a large convenience store, and clean restrooms. I remembered needing Post-It notes for a meeting. I want to thank the entire staff at Pilot gas station in Higginsville, MO (at Hwy 13 and I-70). I was travelling through the area when my tire warning light came on, so I stopped at the Pilot to check my tire pressure and add air as needed. I was having trouble operating the machine for the air (it was digital, and my hands weren't cooperating very well), so I asked inside if there was anyone who could help me with it. MANY thanks to JACKSON, the trusty maintenance man, for coming to my rescue! He was able to check every tire and fill each of them up to the recommended level. (He had some trouble operating the air hose as well, so I didn't feel so bad asking for help.) He was friendly and really seemed to care about my well-being. It's a horrible feeling to be traveling and have a warning light come on. But thanks to Jackson, my problem was taken care of, and I was able to be safely on my way in a matter of minutes. I'm not sure if it's a constant thing. But almost everything is out of order, there's plenty of parking. But why stay if you can't take a shower and you can't use fuel points to get a free drink. The place is clean but only McDonald's and subway seem to be operable all the time. read more

First off, the staff was friendly. The rest of it, not so much. Pilot has really gone down hill lately and they are dragging flying j down with them. Nothing ever seems to be working in these places anymore. The fuel pumps are always jacked up and either don't work or don't work very well. This pilot the showers are supposedly down for no hot water, but from what I saw the hot water was working just fine in the restrooms. As per usual the isles are narrow or blocked completely so you have to worm around through the store like a rat in a maze. Just not a good experience here at all read more

This place is super busy... the prices aren't bad. They have a Subway and McDonalds besides the normal convenience store.

This location puts a $151 hold on your credit card when you pay at the pump. When we asked the cashier she blamed the credit card company.

Im writing this review as a 100% loyal pilot costumer who last yr spent nearly 100,00$ on fuel with this company. Today i went to this particula location to enjoy a shower with my wife and to stop at subway and grab a couple of sandwiches when i got there i had to wait for a shower which is typical not a problem. The shower attendant was very polite and i give him 5stars for readying the shower for the 2 of us! My problem begins with the manager of the store name JEFF KELLER run down the hall way knocking on shower doors telling costumers to hurry up that there are other people waiting for shower ok i can live with that, not very professional but not too surprising at hat point. My wife and i had been on the shower for approximately 45mins not too long for 2 people to take a shower sure it bothered me that i spent 992$ on fuel to get this shower but at this point i was wikling to let it slide..the straw that broke the camels back.... The manager JEFF KELLER began telling his emplyee about how DRIVERS HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE AND IT WAS SAID LOUD ENOUGH FOR EVERYBODY IN ALL OF THE SHOWERS TO HEAR IT CLEARLY!!! Now if you asked me that is quite disrespectful in and of itself... I dont think that someone who feels that way about they're largest segments of their costumer base should be in a position of athourity. I have been a loyal pilot costumer for over 4 yrs and never been embarrased or humillited in such a way by a company that i have been so supportive of.Maybe its time to reconsider where i spend my next 100,000$ and note that is just fuel! Where to start...the truck parking lot had several places where you couldn't park. Several other places that were pay to park. Go inside the store and the bathrooms were terrible. Only 1 soap dispenser that actually had soap in it...not even the gojo hand cleaner had any soap in it. Go to dry your hands and it puts out a piece of paper that won't even be enough to dry your finger let alone your hand. The sign said $1 large drink with any fresh food purchase. I bought 2 steak bagels and because I got an XL drink I had to pay full price. The lady at the counter, CC was on her name tag, had such a heavy accent it was hard to understand her. Then when I proceeded to eat my food, the meat crumbled and fell off. The bagel was hard as a rock. The soda fountain had several flavors that were out. One being what I wanted. I don't see myself coming back here again. This was chance number 2 and they failed miserably. read more

When we mentioned this to the, either head cashier or maybe she was two manager, she laughed and said, a girl's name that was coming into work, said 'it was, so & so's job, she loved to do it'. Once again this pilot does not accept out-of-state debit or credit cards. Pump automatically says must see cashier for prepay. Pumps have credit card readers for a reason. Convenience. If you don't want to be inconvenienced go across the street to Casey's. read more
