Decent for an airport restaurant. Staff literally told us we had to tip them. Like she brought out the credit card machine and told us we had to round it up and tipped her self about 12%. We got there at about 830 and they were out of everything except sausage and a pretzel and one kind of beer. Felt to me like the kitchen shut down early because They didn't feel like dealing with it. Of course that's not necessarily the service fault but the entire staff seem to be pretty ambivalent about everything. On our way back to London, this airport location was our last chance to try some Czech cuisine. Our server recommended the Roasted Pork Neck (on the bone, marinated in dark beer and honey sauce, with toasted bread). My less adventurous traveling companion opted for a bagel with bacon and egg. The pork neck didn't look like what I was expecting. It was better. It was very meaty and covered in a red sauce. I was expecting something very boney. It was tender and had a nice flavour. My friend enjoyed her bagel. It was a good sandwich but nothing unique about it. When we were leaving, our server was clearing a nearby table and noticed an unattended bag left on the table. She finished clearing the table and walked around the terminal looking for the customers. No luck. The bag was still there after about half an hour and I alerted two policemen who were walking by. They evacuated the area and taped it off. A third policeman arrived as we were boarding so we don't know the final outcome. A cliffhanger... Anyway, the food was decent and it came with some unexpected entertainment. read more

They have a (pretty lame) vegan sandwich to go (125 Ck), so for vegan options, this might have to do if you need food. The sandwich is mostly radishes, tomatoes, and a shit ton of mayo, with whole wheat bread. It's sustenance. read more

Our flight got delayed an hour and a half so we ended up staying in the airport longer than we anticipated. We decided to stop here for some food. Everyone got pretzels and I also had a sausage. Everything was good, but it was unfortunately expensive for Prague. For airport food, though, it was still incredibly cheap. read more

This was a surprisingly great experience. We were waiting for a flight and stopped by for a quick bite and a beer. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our tasty light lunch. He ordered the grilovaná klobása and I had a panini s sunko a sýrem. We live here in Prague and eat quite a lot of sausage and bread, so we were pleased to discover the klobása was delicious, the pretzel was soft and warm (a first for us here), and my panini was soft and quite tasty. If you want to experience Czech food at its best, this isn't what you'll fine. But if you want a surprisingly good, quick place to sit and wait for a flight, then you'll enjoy it here. We are at the Prague airport leaving after an awesome vacation. There were several people sitting at tables outside the restaurant that wanted to eat here but they are closed. A man that evidently works here told everyone to leave because we aren't customers. We asked why if he wasn't even open he said too bad now leave. He was extremely rude to everyone. Everyone got up to leave and we're very upset. We had eaten at this chain a few times while in Prague. He was such a jerk and if he is representative of management at this chain then we will never eat there again and will make sure this goes viral to ensure no one else has to suffer the indignities of this miserable human being. I contacted the corporate office just to see if this is who they are and am awaiting a reply. read more

What a great random find. Was in Prague for only four days and finding this place was amazing. A great local pub/restaurant. This place had a great beer selection and pretty big menu with a nice variety of meat. To be honest I'm not sure what beers I had. I had like five and they were all different. Some cam in huge mugs, others came in a small chalice. I was super hungry. I came here the day I landed and couldn't wait to eat. My friend and I ordered a bunch of stuff on the menu. The server looked a little weirded out to be honest and even questioned the amounts we ordered. Well, what can I say? We were there for a short time and wanted to try as much as wanted could of the local flavor. I started with a beer, cheese and saurkraut soup. Oh man, one of the best soups I ever had. Then I had just a steamed saurkraut appetizer, this pretty good too. My entree was stewed pork knuckle, with gravey and mashed potatoes and ND more steamed saurkraut. It was an exceptionally prepared dish. My only real complaint, which was my complaint for the Czech Republic as a whole, is the temperature of the beer. Not quite as bad as the reviews might suggest. Do not be so worried. Yes, it's pricey. I have never been to an airport restaurant that wasn't so I didn't expect this to change dramatically in Prague. For schnitzel, espresso and a bottle of coke zero it was 474 czk. It's like 13 GBP. It's really not that crazy. Again, it's all relative. I enjoyed (ok, I consumed) a pork schnitzel with mashed potatoes that had been whipped within an inch of their small tuber lives. But it filled me up and it was better than devouring a cake, which is what most of the other places have. I'm glad I did because here I sit in the airport delayed because its SNOWING IN APRIL, so if I hadn't had a bite, well I'd be eating out of the vending machine. Such is the glam life of a road warrior princess. Ok so PUOR restaurant is almost the only sit down restaurant in terminal 1, so make the best of it, grab a beer and don't get worked up over the prices. This restaurant is a chain in Prague. There's very limited options on food in the Prague Airport It was my last chance to get some local eats! FOOD Berry Pie with butter crumble It was sweet and had big buttery crumbles. I scarfed down the pie and did wish I had more. I was probably really hungry. Originally they were going to give me a styrofoam box with plastic utensils wrapped in plastic. I opted to get it to-go with a napkin. CRUMB everywhere it was worth it! I got Mozzarella and Tomato Panini TO-GO. It tasted alright. They reheated it in the microwave. Lots of seating! read more

Coffee and orange juice were the only thing that was good and this was because it was made by the machines. Panini was put in a toaster oven and not pressed. It was warm on the outside but cold in the middle. It was not good. Service was slow even though the restaurant was not even half occupied. read more

Not a bad option to sit and enjoy a pint while waiting on your flight. Better ventilation would help as it's smokey due to glassed smoking area that adjoins main area. Compared to other airport prices it's not bad. Service is OK but they have adopted a NYC style approach to explaining service not included. Delicious beer but terrible staff! I've never came across staff members this rude. Saying rude is actually just me putting it mildly. They were obscene. There was a Spanish speaking customer here, having credit card issues. When she complained about the possible card reader problem, staffers started to insult her in Czech ( and yes i can speak it too) . Words they used really were obscene ! We received lovely service from a service oriented lady with glasses who was adorable. She was warm unlike much of the service I experienced in Prague. She gave her recommendations and explained whenever we didn't understand something. Something that stood out without asking was she went through the entire bill explaining each item and that was very nice. I had a mushroom risotto which was tasty as well as unbelievably light. My wife had a white fish with potato whic cook perfectly and tasty. Great environment read more

Horrible. The breakfast we had cost more than anything else we had during our stay in the Czech Republic and the food was easily the worst.

Terrible customer service. First off I'm allergic to beef and ordered a ham and cheese panini. The waitress didn't mention they had been sold out and gave us beef and cheese instead without saying anything. I questioned the waitress and she pretended that she's mentioned that before we ordered which she hasnt. She carried on chatting crap behind our back with her colleagues by the bar inside while we're sat outside. read more
