Amazing amazing! I can't say enough how much we loved the breakfast, coffee, tea and wonderful service. We were only in the area a couple of days and we went here both days. "T" (I hope I have that right) was the absolute best. She was kind, remembered us, and quick with help, service, seating. Ambiance with little cafe style with the perfect amount of room to eat comfortably.
On the hunt for vegan-friendly breakfast places in Pimlico and near Victoria Station, I found this place. They have a few vegan options, one of which was the mushroom breakfast (£10.50), which comes with avocado, spinach, vegan pesto and mushrooms. You order at the bar and they bring your food out when read. I ordered the aforementioned breakfast, plus a double espresso (£2.70). My espresso was ready immediately, and they brought out my toast in about 10-12 minutes. I got two larges pieces of nice toasted bread, covered in avocado, raw spinach, and sauteed mushrooms. They must've put lemon juice or something on it, as it was quite citric -- a bit overly so. Plenty of food and good value for money. Service was friendly but not particularly astute. No bathroom, so plan accordingly. Decent spot for a vegan breakfast in Pimlico, close to Victoria Station.
This is a great little breakfast spot in London. They have a wide variety of breakfast options, but I highly recommend the Americano and sourdough toast with avocado and fried eggs. The Americano is made with freshly ground beans and is perfectly balanced. The sourdough toast is thick and crusty, and the avocado and fried eggs are perfectly cooked. The avocado is creamy and flavorful, and the fried eggs are cooked to a perfect runny yolk. The service at Pimlico Fresh is also excellent.
Happened upon this place completely by chance (read: got a bit lost walking around in London and somehow ended up in Pimlico) and I'm glad we did because the brunch we had here was so, so good. My fiancé and I decided to split the Savory French Toast which was such a mistake because I wish I had gotten the whole thing for myself. I've always been a sucker for sweet-and-savory dishes and this was no exception. I loved the combo of the savory cheese and bacon atop the sweet, fluffy french toast that I doused in maple syrup. It was delicious and I truly don't think I ever want to eat french toast any other way now. I also ordered the Mushroom Breakfast with Sausage which was equally tasty. I forget what was exactly on that spread (maybe spinach and goat cheese) but I absolutely loved it. Stumbled upon this place happenchance, but we will definitely be returning!
This place was SOLID! After living in London for a full year, I had no idea this kind of brunch spot actually existed especially so close to the touristy area of Big Ben/Parliament (about 20 min walk away). I stumbled upon this place after performing a quick YELP search and was pleasantly surprised. Very quaint and cozy, this place initially seemed like a no-go for brunch on a busy weekend day after noticing all of their tables occupied. But upon ordering, we noticed a table opening up for our taking and quickly pounced on it. Their coffee was fresh, carefully prepared and home brewed. Their omelettes were also delicious. I ordered the egg white coupled with fresh mushrooms, spinach leaves and green onion complimented with a drizzle of fine olive oil. A+, truly. My girlfriend ordered scrambled eggs with parmesan, fresh pepper, bell peppers and cilantro that she thoroughly enjoyed. In London, it can be tough finding dependable, solid brunch places without your typical English breakfast (for which I'm not the biggest fan) but somehow, someway, this place put the icing on the cake.
This is the best coffee I've had in 4 days in London. I drink a lot of coffee and it's been a struggle to not go to Starbucks (overpriced and cliche).. this is far better than other choices close by that I sampled. Flat white, soo bueno. Customer service impeccable. Food was hearty and generous.
Try the cappuccinos here! We've tried at various coffee shops all over the world and this is one of the best we've had. We keep trying other coffee shops in London and no one beats Pimlico Fresh. Sit at the window and people watch. Enjoy a delicious brunch-I like the Spanish Eggs over toast. And enjoy the friendliest customer service. The staff clearly enjoy their jobs and they pass that joy onto the customer. We were especially impressed with Claudio. He treated us like guests in his home. So hospitable and kind. Highly recommend this local gem.
A perfect spot for a no-fuss brunch with hearty portions and quick service! An order at the counter kinda place, Pimlico has a chalkboard menu, black and white decor, and community tables that all contribute to a welcoming and open space. Service was quick and the staff was happy to bring over our food and condiments/toppings upon request. I had the veggie eggs on toast which were great and had a heaping mount of eggs on it. The toast was nothing special which was unfortunate, but no complaints about the dish overall. My friend had the beef lasagne and loved it, I had a bite and enjoyed it too. All of the dessert's/parties had nuts in some form which was disappointing -- banana walnut, chocolate almond, etc etc. The vibe was definitely "healthy" all around but that may be a sore spot if you have a nut allergy. Would be happy to come here again if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't make a trip for it. read more

Lovely breakfast!. Today we settled for veggie eggs on toast (scrambled eggs with spinach and cherry tomatos) and avocado, feta & mint on toast (sprinkled with pine nuts and drizzled with olive oil and fresh lemon). Both dishes were good but I preferred the avocado toast and so did my partner (the eggs could have been a bit fluffier in my opinion). The orange juice was okay but a bit pricey (£4.95)Oat lattes were nice and a decent size. I did not give 5 stars to this review since this establishment has not got a customer toilet! (I currently wear invisalign, so had no choice but to remove my orthodontic aligner at the table... Not so good...). Food was otherwise tasty and would come back for it, although the tables/seating situation is not very comfortable either. I would say this place offers good food at a moderate price point in a "eat and go away quickly" environment. Staff were friendly and fairly quick with service even though it was quite busy. read more
Delicious delicious delicious!! When i visited London back in September 2016 (i know it's been awhile) i had the chance to visit this spot for brunch and i just can't get it out of my head!! I wish i can go back to eat some more!! (From Los Angeles, CA). We arrived at around 10 am in the morning and it didn't seem too packed, but the place is pretty small so just a few tables available therefore we opt to sit outside on the little table (which made for a beautiful photo though). I can't remember what my sister ordered but something with sunny side up eggs on top (photo will be posted) and i order the salmon and avocado toast! both were really delicious!! we also ordered the chicken salad and i'm not sure whether i was hungry or not but it was the best salad i've ever had!! i wish i was there again to try their other dishes! the only downside was when we ate outside we were getting attacked by bees!! it just kept flying towards us and our food!! not sure if there's like a hive nearby or just nature but regardless i know it isn't their fault. unfortunately it did make eating outside unpleasant so we had to move inside after the non-stop attack! read more
Delicious breakfast at an intermediate price. I had really been wanting some sort of egg dish, and this breakfast did not disappoint. I got the green eggs and bacon. There was tons of avocado and bacon on my bread! The homemade pesto was delicious and vegan. The eggs were also cooked perfectly. This is a must try. Unfortunately, I didn't try anything else because I was too full. read more

The food at Pimlico Fresh is outstanding. It's so good we went back twice! We had the chili eggs, sweet French toast, porridge, americano and hot chocolate. Everything was amazing. The eggs were slightly runny, but still super tasty. read more

We ate here while we waited for our hotel room to be ready. We stumbled upon this quaint little shop which has some private and communal tables and it was totally worth it! I got the sweet banana french toast and my fiance got the savory bacon french toast and both were amazing! Cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend this place! read more

The food is excellent. Been here several times of different trips and make sure to set aside time to get here for breakfast. There for is always fresh and they Maher fresh squeezed orange juice! Love that. The Chili Eggs are my go to here, but everything I've tried has been delicious. The pastries are delicious as well too. Definitely worth a stop if you're in, per near Pilmco. read more
Amazing! There aren't many yelp reviews places in London, so when we found this one we had to go. We had this delicious avocado toast and French toast and split them. The portion sizes are really big so it was great to share! The avocado toast had a yummy salsa that made it really savory and good salt. The French toast was a great compliment because it was nice and sweet. I would definitely go back! read more

Pimlico Fresh recently opened in the old Café DK space on Wilton Road, and I must say, this is a vast improvement! In fact, it can't even be compared... so scratch everything I've written thus far. ---- starting over ---- Pimlico Fresh is a fantastic little find on Wilton Road, serving up fresh and contemporary British favourites like jacket potatoes, salads, sammies, soups and a few hot specials. The space is as fantastically "crunchy" as you would hope from the name, with a large chalkboard wall with the menu and specials scribbled across, large wooden communal tables, fresh fruit and veg piled up in aesthetically pleasing piles, and even a little section where you can buy some of your fresh organic faves like chocolate and sauces. Oh, and the kicker? MONMOUTH COFFEE. 'Ja hear that? Believe. This place is a true neighbourhood gem, and I can't wait to see the fantastic buzz that builds around them! read more

Pimlico is one of these areas that try to convey elitism, at the same time, not having a lot to offer besides beautiful terraced houses. Bordering with other grander locations of London it faces extreme competition from them, lacking a distinctive character of its own that could be some sort of counterweight. Pimlico Fresh on the other hand brings a new wave of freshness to this a bit tedious district. It's a very small venue and it can be challenging to find a free seat. I believe this speaks itself about its reputation. So if you are planning to come here with a party of 10 people make sure you reserve the whole place beforehand :) If you are patient enough to wait for a seat like we did on that one Saturday afternoon you will be rewarded. Hearty food made straight from the heart. I went for steak and mushroom pie. Home made pastry, salad made with love and attention (you could see from chunks it was completely made from scratch). On top of that, you can get a freshly squeezed orange juice. As a frequent runner, I would suggest this place for a fulfilling healthy and nutritious post-workout brunch whenever you end up in the Victoria/Pimlico area. On the day, this meal followed my earlier swimming workout and that also worked equally well. If you sit at the big table and forget about London conventions you might even be able to have an odd banter with the regulars! I will definitely be back here. I was discussing food with one of the guests and quickly realized that French Savoury Toast looked to die for. This place also works as a great money saver, but that's besides the point. For me, it has already earned 5 stars. read more
I've discovered that London has a LOT of beautiful and healthy food to offer. Pimlico fresh, to me, isn't anything out of the ordinary because there are many healthy options in this city. But hey, if you're willing to give me a plate that I can shove multiple delicious, healthy, vegetarian options on then I'm game! And that's just what I did. I had 4 different salad options, from roasted vegetables, butternut squash, and cold pasta salad. They were delicious, filling, and healthy. We also ordered matcha lattes, something super popular in London. And it was mighty tasty. They've also got a cute wall that's a chalk board where they write their menu options. Friendly staff? Check Fresh coffee? Check Tasty pastry? Check Good sandwiches? Check Menu written on chalk board? Check Close to home? Check I believe this qualifies for a great neighborhood cafe. I've had some really good coffee there. The beef and mushroom pie was amazing. The pie crust was flaky but it didn't collapse when I cut through it. The stuffing was moist and warm. The Spanish omelette was surprisingly big, but we finished all of it. They also serve many different flavours fresh smoothies that seem very popular. I can't wait to go back and try some. It's one of those cafes that no one will go across the town to visit, but you'd feel absolutely blessed if you've got one on your block. read more
They say that the grass is always greener on the other side. I assure you it is not, as I sit here stirring fresh whole milk into my nice steamy cup of Darjeeling tea. The ones who have said it must not have been sitting where I am now. I take a deep breath and the freshness of the earthy greens fill my senses, waking me from a walking slumber. Right before me is a "Mushroom Spinach n Goat Cheese Toast" and a "Spinach Feta Pine Nut Quiche" made with unmistakably some of the finest n most simple ingredients. I cut into my toast loaded w fresh wild mushrooms, soft goat cheese, garden spinach, and spinach pesto. That first bite aroused all my senses giving me a true feeling of satisfaction. I quickly work my fork into the warm quiche... Ah... Now that's a good quiche. A light flaky crust embraces the pie w nothing less than love. Delicious. I can't help but to notice that the sun has arrived at the horizon landing itself onto a table of two. Yes, although the grass is greener here, I have this urge to leave these green pastures for a brighter setting. I don't have the courage for it might be possible I'd lay waste to all that I have over the greed of my very eyes. Portions are big. What lies on the other side of the horizon is the most lovely golden soft scrambles over toast that makes my mouth water like that of a damsel in need. Each bite they take makes me wish it was me sitting where they are. I'm afraid I will never get the chance to encounter such a beautiful scramble here at Pimlico Fresh. If and when I'm in London again. I will surely pay another visit. Experience tells me that next time, my side will be greener and brighter. A place w such good fresh food and a warm friendly helpful staff, this place will be missed and at one of my top faves for an amazing brunch. For now, it's one last sip of my warm Darjeeling, and it is off to the Gatwick Airport to return to my homeland. Farewell London. My stay was short, but these fond memories are forever. read more

We had just moved to a new apartment in the area and we wandered out to see what looked good. This place had a good feeling to it and it was brunch o'clock, so we ventured in. Your attention is drawn to the far wall which is prepared as a blackboard and has the menu. This is a plus for me for this style of restaurant. There is a communal table in the middle which is also something I like. You order at the counter, indicate where you plan to sit and they will bring it over to you when it's ready. There are options covering most tastes, but I went for the traditional bacon and eggs on toast. My wife had the sausages and eggs. Strangely, hers came with two pieces of toast while mine had one, but she gifted me the toast later so I didn't really miss out. For mine the scrambled eggs were overcooked, but the meal was fine. For drinks, I had a flat white and my wife had one of their freshly prepared juices: carrot and orange. These were ok, but I have had better coffee elsewhere. read more

This place has an amazingly fresh breakfast with vegi + gluten free options. The ENTIRE selection of handcrafted expresso drinks deserves its own five starts for artisty all by itself. Only con - this spot is super small... But that won't keep us from coming back! read more

This is probably my favorite breakfast place in Pimlico. When you first walk in menu is located on the wall, all fresh juices are on the left hand side. Small restaurant space, however scrambled eggs and selection is delicious. We have ate there twice this week and have enjoyed the Spanish scamble with toast and the Chilli Scramble. Cappuccino served with plenty of foam with powdered chocolate. read more
Perfect breakfast spot to get ready for a day out. I had the flat white and avocado, smoked salmon and cream cheese on toast. Other than it needing a bit of salt, it was perfect. My husband had the mushroom and spinach on toast with sausage and he loved his dish. We sat outside, and it was a lovely experience overall. read more

Opened earlier this year (2010). This is a upper-middle market deli cafe selling hot and cold dishes made from fresh, organic ingredients. They sell Monmouth Coffee too! Well appointed, fresh white interiors and its tidy, clean presentation lifts the general outlook of Wilton Road eateries. Much welcomed. read more

This place was tiny and very busy but that's expected for a Sunday morning. The staff was friendly and super efficient. We sat at one of very few tables and enjoyed some eggs on toast. The chilli eggs were perfect over toast. The brioche French Toast was a good pick too. We highly recommend it. I wish I had room to have a yummy treat from the display case at the front counter! read more

We stopped by for breakfast and were very lucky to get a seat, because the few available tables were all packed. You give your order at the counter and wait for them to bring the food. Luckily the wait turned out to be short and we could quickly dig into our variations of toast. I had scrambled eggs, while my girlfriend went for salmon, cream cheese and avocado. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. Overall, very enjoyable. I should add that I, contrary to some other reviews here, thought the coffee was far from "the best in london". In fact, i thought it was below average. read more
