Garlic naan, lamb, chickpeas, veggie curry, shrimp birhyani. Loved the chicken masala and veggie samosas too, not pictured. All great!

Delicious, authentic food and attentive service. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Pimlico Tandoori.

Came with my sister, about an hr before it closed. Our waiter was so rude, it seems like he just wanted to get us out of there. I asked for some recommendations and he just brush it off saying everything was good. In the end we ordered the tandoori chicken and this other dish... and tandoori chicken was good, but the yellow-er curry one was so sweet. Wasn't sure if I was having dinner or dessert. I also got the chicken samosas, it was pretty good.

Had an excellent experience here tonight. We were in the mood for some warm, comforting, Indian food and Pimlico Tandoori was right around the corner from our Holiday Inn. The decor is upscale - think white table cloths and leather chairs. When we arrived we were promptly seated at the table of our choice. We were seen to by two servers who were both friendly and attentive. Between four people we shared four main dishes, two sides of rice and two pieces of Garlic Naan. It was the perfect amount of food. I would say that the dishes were a little bit sweeter than what I've had back home in the US. They were all delicious though. The Chicken Tikka Masala had large chunks of juicy chicken breast with a bright and flavorful tomato sauce. The Vegetable Pasanda was rich and creamy with nice large prices of cauliflower, green beans and carrots, garnished on top with toasted almonds. And the last dish, the Sag Halim was also very creamy and flavorful with delicate spinach throughout. This dish was quite sweet tasting for a main course but nevertheless was thoroughly enjoyed. They also have some nice looking sides including Saag Paneer and coconut rice. I would return to Pimlico Tandoori not only for the food but also because of the excellent service. When our meal was finished our servers brought us warm towelettes to clean our hands and a generous helping of chocolates with our bill. It was such a nice experience and the perfect end to our day.

On a trip to London, we wanted to make sure that we sampled all cuisines. Indian was at the top of the list and Pimlico was highly recommended. It was close to our hotel and we decided to try it out. This place is not to be missed. Food - all of the food was really good. We started off with the vegetable samosas. For our main dishes, we had the Lamb Rogan Josh and the Tandori Chicken. Everything was spot on as the flavors were very good. Atmosphere- This is a small, intimate restaurant. Only a handful of tables are in the establishment but the layout and ambience is really nice. Service - The service was very good. They were attentive but not in your face which is what I like. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall this is a quality establishment that has great food, atmosphere and service.

    RAW CHICKEN!! WTF??!!

DO NOT COME HERE! Our waiter was rude and forced more food on us than we wanted. Then the chicken salad I ordered had RAW CHICKEN!! I tell them this and they act like nothing was wrong, they didn't Comp the plate or apologize at all! This place should be shut down! STAY AWAY!!

This restaurant was recommended to me by someone who comes here whenever they're in London and it did not disappoint. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the restaurant is very busy/popular. I decided to have lunch on my own and there was about a 15 minute wait. All of the staff I interacted with were very kind, and the inside of the restaurant is dimly lit so it sets a cool and intimate vibe. It's a very vibrant atmosphere. The menu had so many delicious options to choose from. I went with the vegetable samosas to start and a fresh nimbu soda which was very refreshing. For my main dish I had the chicken ruby and a said of garlic naan. Everything was so incredibly fresh. The food was served as soon as it was done being prepared and the flavors were immaculate!!!! 10 out of 10! No notes! And I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking. We managed to snag a reservation here before coming to London on a Saturday around 6:30 PM. We got there right on time and and our table was ready immediately. We had great booth in the back of the restaurant so it wasn't too loud. We all ordered some drinks when we sat down and opted for a Kingfisher to drink. For appetizers, we got some samosas and chili chicken which were delicious! They also gave us some of these rice crackers with different sauces which were delicious. For our entrees, we got some biryani, ruby chicken and rice, malai chicken, the gunpowder potatoes and 3 orders of naan! It was all delicious! The biryani with the yogurt sauce is my personal favorite but their garlic naan is great too. For dessert, we got the chocolate cake and I opted for the chai to end the meal which was delicious! This meal was stunning and you must stop by Dishoom while in London.

I went for the bottomless chai , which is an absolute must and it was really good. They serve it in a glass , which to be honest feels a little bit convenient since it's piping hot. We got the chicken tikka masala with garlic naan (nothing to write home about here). We also got the Samosa chaat as an appetizer, which me and my sister both enjoyed. I also decided to get the chicken ruby curry, which seemed to be very popular across all the review platforms. It was.... OK. lol. Overall, none of the food here is bad. It's just I think this establishment gets so much hype for what it is. This location is particularly historic as it was built on a trade spot between Indians and the British; the place maintains most of the architecture from more than 100 years ago. Service here is pretty good too. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and were able to get high table seatings.

Rest of vegetarian menu seemed like regular South Indian dishes and taste was just ok. Service was quite sub par considering the expectation of a Michelin star restaurant. Our drinks were not filled on time.. we ordered a bottle of champagne and had to hunt down our server to refill it as he kept it in a bucket far away from us. The staff lacked experience in describing the dish. After the dessert course, one of the servers got something sweet in a plate, just kept it and left. I asked her what it was and she had no idea.
