I wish there was more stars to give this business! I've had a number of dogs and dog groomers over the years and this one is about the best in the block. While being groomed, I got a call from the owner Carly, that they had discovered around seven ticks on my dog that you couldn't see due to his thick coat. They gave him a haircut and discovered them. They even took pictures and sent them to me on my text phone. Of course they got them off and recommended a flea dip which I had no problem with. Who goes this extra mile to do this extra bit of care for a dog? Please give this lady a try she is excellent. My dog named Barkley looks like a million bucks! read more

First time with this groomer and LAST TIME. The price was fair for the full groom which included my nail grind free due to a coupon from the blood center. The nail grind was the saving grace and she did a decent job on the tail, but other than that I broke down crying from seeing how the groom turned out. I asked for a light trim not shaved, and she claimed that she didn't shave him. The shampoo they used also left him smelling like an old person, terrible cologne. There are patches of shaved parts and the rest of the fur is unmatching. I don't even know if she had a grooming license, also no shots are required to get groomed. I was also supposed to get a call when he was finished, but after not hearing from the groomer for almost 4 hours I decided to call and check to see how he was doing. Lo and behold he was already done for supposedly 15 minutes and I can go get him. I was waiting this entire time for a phone call, and I wonder how long it would have been before I would have gotten the call. I would be cautious of taking your dog here, unless you want an unprofessional groom. Taking him to 100% fancy grooms ALWAYS because they know what they are doing grooming wise, they call during the groom to let you know how your dog is doing and what is next, how much longer they anticipate they will be, then you get a nice text when they are done. read more

Pin Up Pets was recommended to me through a mutual friend after looking for a reliable groomer for a few weeks. I looked them up on facebook and instantly fell in love! I easily made an appointment with the owners through messenger. She was quick to respond and very flexible with her schedule, I made an appointment for an early friday morning. I arrived a little early just to make sure I didn't get lost (I have a bad habit of that, lol) and found the bright pink and black building immediately. I was greeted right away by a group of ladies working away on a few dogs that had arrived earlier. The owner introduced herself and her staff right away and introduced herself to my fur baby to get him feeling comfortable right away. She was extremely attentive to him and asked me if he had ever been groomed before, I told her that this was his very first grooming and I was a little nervous for him. She made me feel extremely comfortable and very welcomed. She also let me know that this being his first groom, that she wouldn't push him past his comfort level and would take her time working on him to make him as calm as possible. I was extremely happy with the service, despite a little communication error that was quickly made up for. My Sirius was happy when I arrived and was getting smothered in love and attention from the staff. I will definitely be back and highly recommend! read more

I just want to say that my dogs aren't dirty and never had fleas or ticks in their life, and I always brush my pups daily, yes their hair was long and I wanted them short w a Teddy bear face, simple!
