The dessert drink was absolutely delicious. I waited for the shaved ice to melt a little bit so I can drink some of it and all the little fruits in there and the beans were absolutely so fresh and I really love the Ube in there. I'm one of those type of people that like to custom my drinks and food so next time I would probably omit some of the fruits in there and either add extra Ube or extra ice cream or something like that if they allow it. The service was exceptional. The folks behind the counter were absolutely super sweet. I know they're Filipino, but I literally felt like I was in Hawaii. The service was so incredible. I felt like I was in paradise.

The Filipiniana is a small, humble eatery that sits in a rather hidden plaza (it's hardly…read morenoticeable from the main road) along and at the crossroads of eastbound Waters Avenue and Dale Mabry. Like most other Filipino restaurants/cafe, there is a behind-the-counter, glass protected buffet at the forefront of the restaurant. From here, you can make your selections as you build your combination platter. The Filipiniana also offers a small section of baked goods and desert, while specializing in drinks such as Halo Halo and other Asian-curated beverages. Interesting to note that the Filipiniana offers catering in the kamayan style (simply put, a spread of various dishes over banana leaves to be shared by multiple people amd eaten with hands). However, they don't serve this in house/at the location - you will have to give advance notice (like with other caterers) to have this prepared. The Filipiniana is definitely a good spot to satiate your curiousity, explore, and discover Filipino cuisine!

2nd time visiting and it is never enough time to go through the whole store lol this was at 3:30pm…read more I first stopped at the Korean beauty store and bought myself two things. The two ladies were so nice and one helped me pick out sunscreen that was similar to another brand they don't carry. They even gave me a free face mask with my purchase. Second stop with the bakery place and got me a matcha. It wasn't the best matcha I've had but wasn't the worst. They had so many baked goods that I had to just keep walking because I would've spent some moneyyyy in there. Next, I hit up the small food court and got me a Korean corn dog (just sausage, no cheese because.... Well Iykyk) and it was so delicious. I'm still thinking about it as I'm laying here in bed. Lastly, I walked around and got me some unique flavored chips and drinks along with some Ube flavored items If you love Asian food, snacks, drinks, skincare... this is your place!

Formal Customer Complaint…read more Dear Store Manager, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely disrespectful, humiliating, and unacceptable treatment I received at Lotte Market in Tampa, Florida. I ordered seafood and was told that it would take approximately 20 minutes. I patiently waited for about 30 minutes before politely asking when my order would be ready. The seafood department manager responded rudely by saying, "If you can't wait, go home." I was completely shocked by the way he spoke to me. After he made that comment, another male employee and a female employee who works in the food court laughed at me. The three employees involved were Korean. One of the men was the seafood department manager, and the woman worked in the food court. Feeling deeply humiliated, I asked the female employee why she was laughing at me. Instead of responding professionally, she raised her voice in front of many customers, treated me as though I were a crazy person, and shouted, "Shut up!" I was so shocked and emotionally overwhelmed that I began to cry. I felt publicly humiliated, insulted, degraded, and deeply embarrassed. Being laughed at and yelled at in front of other customers caused me extreme emotional distress. I felt as though my dignity had been completely taken away from me. I left the store in tears. I am still deeply upset and ashamed because of the way these employees treated me. No customer should ever be mocked, verbally abused, or intentionally humiliated by store employees. The store manager arrived only after the incident had already occurred. I explained the entire situation and requested that the store review its surveillance footage and investigate all of the employees involved. I formally request that Lotte Market conduct a thorough investigation, review all available CCTV footage, interview the employees involved, and take appropriate disciplinary action. Employees who behave this way should not be allowed to continue representing your company. I expect this matter to be taken very seriously. I also request a formal written response explaining what action will be taken. I intend to pursue legal action regarding this incident. Sincerely,
