After committing to Blue Haven, Derrick was assigned our pool. He was very quick to answer every question and concern that I had, even bringing up some concerns of his own that I hadn't noticed. From dig day to final grading, we had no issues. The plaster company had a few issues with their truck and weather was a factor, so we did wait quite a while for plaster, but once it was in, it was perfect! I bought hot tub from Joyce Oct 2024. She was very accommodating. In 6 months the fountain knob…read morecompletely blew out. Contacted Joyce for repair. I was referred to Justin her son in law. I was first advised by him this is his part time job. It took a week for him to look at and then a week for the part. I ask as he replaced the knob what caused it. He said over turning. At the same time I see him trying to bend the plastic sleeve back into shape. He jams the new knob in and out he was. The second time same knob I went into the office because why is the same knob that this time no one touched. Again Justin came same fix bought the extra knob I requested jammed a new knob and out he was. Now their a third time. Appt set at 830 at 915 he calls when more personal excuses. I finally cancelled the appointment at 1020. He said he was on his way but not acceptable. DO NOT buy a hot tub from these people unless you know how to fit it yourself.
