We received over a year later it in February 2022. We received no customer service to train us on the Swim Spa. A truck driver literally dropped a boxed swim spa in our backyard. We stopped by the Pensacola office and requested a users manual which they emailed to us. We have had numerous problems - I could write a book, but basically the pump on the hot tub side went out. It took forever to get the pump shipped and get a service person to come fix it, now the divider that separates the hot side from the cold side is warped and leaking. Also, the cold side quit working for a while so we reported this problem and now they are saying that we do not have our wires installed correctly. They didn't say anything about the wiring when they fixed the hot tub pump . But now they are saying there's something wrong with our wiring. So we hired the professional electrician yet again to set it up as their tech guy explained-- they talked on the phone to make sure we were getting it right. So I sent the updated pictures to prove that the wiring was fixed. Now they are saying it's still not correct and some of the wiring needs to be removed! Now it's fixed and we are waiting on "Henry" to bring the parts and service our swim spa. They are literally the hardest people to work with I have ever seen in my life I would not recommend them to my worst enemy stay away from this company LPI is the name of the company when you call the service number. Just beware, I wish we had not done it!

I know this post won't make a difference to Blue Haven, but I was able to talk three of my neighbors out of using them, simply based on the service I recieved from Jeff Nodine. I was first advised by him this is his part time job. It took a week for him to look at and then a week for the part. I ask as he replaced the knob what caused it. He said over turning. At the same time I see him trying to bend the plastic sleeve back into shape. He jams the new knob in and out he was. The second time same knob I went into the office because why is the same knob that this time no one touched. Again Justin came same fix bought the extra knob I requested jammed a new knob and out he was. Now their a third time. Appt set at 830 at 915 he calls when more personal excuses. I finally cancelled the appointment at 1020. He said he was on his way but not acceptable. DO NOT buy a hot tub from these people unless you know how to fit it yourself.
