Closing was delayed for 3 weeks because of plumbing and pool issues from the freeze. There was this specific part that everyone seem to be looking for. It was a hard find, but during the time it took to get to the sellers to fix the pool, I reached out to Chris and he said he had used part that was still good. He was willing to help us by letting us "borrow" the part until the new one arrived. By doing this, it allowed us to get the pool running and get the other issues fixed. We were able to close on the house that week. On top of that, he dropped off the part and picked it up. This is an extreme act of kindness. He doesn't even know who we are. He didn't demand or ask us to use his service. Most people would say we have to use their service to get the part. We didnt because the seller used their own pool guy and the guy was already involved from the beginning of the process. The people in the FB group highly recommended Chris because he came to fix their pool and their neighbors' pools. Everyone was having pool issues and it was so hard to get parts and for someone to come out. I really appreciate Chris for his generosity and for helping a stranger. We will be using him after we move into our house. This says a lot about someone. I hardly post reviews but I do when they did something super awesome and kind. Thank you so much, Chris!!!

Instead of helping me with my treatment questions he says "Boss, you needed to change what is in the profile." 1- He asked no confirming questions and was waiting on 2 to 3 people at the same time because they scheduled him by himself 2- teach this young man how to professionally interact with a customer, I am not your boss. 3- in the event something goes terribly wrong from a security perspective, please note your back door is blocked wide open with one employee in the building. That statement proved that either; they don't know what they are doing, or they just collect a premium fee, and provide minimal service! They prey on homeowners that have no experience or knowledge of cleaning their own pool, or working their own pool equipment. Take the time to know how you pool system works, to avoid a potential service ripoff! I would NOT recommend Weber Pools!
