Closing was delayed for 3 weeks because of plumbing and pool issues from the freeze. There was this specific part that everyone seem to be looking for. It was a hard find, but during the time it took to get to the sellers to fix the pool, I reached out to Chris and he said he had used part that was still good. He was willing to help us by letting us "borrow" the part until the new one arrived. By doing this, it allowed us to get the pool running and get the other issues fixed. We were able to close on the house that week. On top of that, he dropped off the part and picked it up. This is an extreme act of kindness. He doesn't even know who we are. He didn't demand or ask us to use his service. Most people would say we have to use their service to get the part. We didnt because the seller used their own pool guy and the guy was already involved from the beginning of the process. The people in the FB group highly recommended Chris because he came to fix their pool and their neighbors' pools. Everyone was having pool issues and it was so hard to get parts and for someone to come out. I really appreciate Chris for his generosity and for helping a stranger. I know parts were scarce and companies were over worked so we were very understanding that there wouldn't be an immediate fix. It took awhile for them to come out but that was still understandable. This is where it goes from run of the mill delay to an outright series of lies and waste of time. When our normal technician came out he began his work and I told him to let me know if he needed anything. After awhile he brought me outside and I could see that there were some parts on the ground. He told me he needed to go get a part and he would be back shortly. Okay cool so I waited as I had cleared my schedule to make sure if anything came up I'd be there. At the time I didn't realize it but he didn't specify what part it was that he needed. It was just a part and he never returned. To this day he has never returned and that was back in March. I called the main office and spoke with the supposed owner who said he would personally come out and see what's going on. He never came and stopped returning all phone calls and emails. Having no idea what part was needed or what stage of fixing the problem he was originally in I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Today as of writing this post is the first time we were able to get another company out to work on the pool turned swamp. So after paying this company thousands to replace some things a couple years prior we now have to pay a different company to replace things that wouldn't have been ruined if they would've done their job or at least let us know what the issue was. So before you give them a chance I want you to know exactly who you're dealing with.

Some of his ideas, like a spray deck, transformed our pool deck. He gave us many tile and plaster options and never tried to persuade us to use a more expensive product. During construction the workers were always courteous and kept our backyard clean and uncluttered. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Craig to anyone thinking of remodeling their pool. He was always courteous and professional, including answering questions after work was complete. We love our new pool!

We had hired a local pool company from Plano to remodel our pool and had to fire them due to lack of performance and poor workmanship. When we reached out to Craig and explained the situation to him, he was very empathetic about what we had gone through with the other pool company and he reassured us that he could repair the damage and remodel our pool. As an experienced, licensed pool contractor, Craig pointed out the improper techniques that the other pool company was utilizing to remodel our pool and explained the problems that we would have encountered. Craig was able to start our pool remodel ahead of schedule and we were swimming two weeks later. These guys are great! I asked them to do major renovation, with multiple changes to our original…read moreasks along the way, and they had no issues with adjusting plans to fit our requests. Price is very reasonable, I did my homework on that. A couple of our asks were a bit more complex, but they stuck it out all the way to completion with really great results. We had all our equipment replaced (DE filter system to Cartridge system), re-plastering, spa filled in mostly with concrete leaving about 8 inches and they added 5 fountains (very nice). Also had a pool light that we had not seen in 10 years - they fixed it and made it totally up-to-date with an app to control the settings. Same with our timer -- we had a bad timer for the last 5 years so I was manually turning on and shutting off the pool every day. Now it's app controlled and works great. Thanks Benny, Roger, Antonio, and all the rest of you guys - terrific jobs all of you!
