They have plenty of seating inside and have a wide offering for folks who are gluten free. The service is always top notch and fairly speedy. Their coffee is pretty good and their espresso is strong. I go here at least once a week. This place has the best oatmeal cream pies! They have the perfect cream to pie ratio. Reminds of the store bought ones that I had as a kid, but honestly these are better. Ever since I've been limited in my diet due to an autoimmune disorder, I've been having a hard time finding good quality sweets. I've always had a bad sweet tooth. This place is the place to go if you have to eat gluten free. I also bought my wedding cake here which was cookies and cream which was so bomb! The staff are very helpful pointing out what's gluten free and what's gluten and dairy free. The place is cute and almost feels like you're sitting in someone's living room. These folks are doing the Lord's work. I wish I could describe what an emotional experience it is to find baked treats that I can enjoy again. I have had to follow the low FODMAP, dairy free, and a few other restrictions for over six months, and in that time, I have not experienced such decadent baked goods that tasted like normal food again! Life has been very bland. Nowhere else I've tried has been able to offer me anything that fits my dietary restrictions that still tastes amazing. The brownies, oh my gosh let me tell you, this brownie tasted like it was a baked from scratch with extra love from your grandma's kitchen. I'm talking about fudgy, thick, amazing texture that is not crumbly, just the right amount of sweetness that sits in your mouth like a piece of ambrosia. It tastes better than most of the "normal" brownies you find at the average bakery/restaurant. It was overwhelmingly delicious. Paired with a cup of their smooth drip coffee, I was in Heaven. Then there's the caramel turtle cookie. Think of what your ideal cookie tastes like, that buttery tender crunch with just the right amount of chips giving a little bit of salted caramel flavor. Tall and sweet. Tollhouse has nothing on these guys! Not all of their food is low FODMAP friendly, but enough of it was that I was nearly overwhelmed. You mean I can just walk into this gorgeous, welcoming, adorable bakery and pick almost anything I want out of the pastry case, like some kind of normie? I don't have to settle for the bland, safe option? Is this too good to be true? They are very transparent about their ingredients and potential cross contamination, if you check their website you'll find everything, even the type of oil they use to grease their pans. What a life saver! My only regret is that I was only passing through town and can't come here every day. We ordered cupcakes for a baby shower from Pinch of Salt. From the moment I hit 'send' on my email inquiring about design and price, Pinch of Salt, and particularly Abby, were magnificent. I got an immediate response (on a Friday night!) with three photo suggestions for cupcake icing designs, and a price quote. Abby matched our color scheme in the icing color, and also designed tiny little chocolate bears to match our theme. She made us delicious cupcakes that were also adorable. It's amazing to see what they have done with this section of the building, if I remember before it had been part of some sort of drop off day care/play area way back when I was still working in the area. (I knew a couple kids that went there.) They have coffee options along with an amazing variety of bakery items to pick from. Bonus points to the selection that is Gluten-free, as well I saw other items that were other allergen friendly as well. Staff was amazing during my visit, I loved how they interacted with the family that came in right before me. Unfortunately, the vast majority of baked goods were already sold out. I understand being out of some items, but only having a handful of options once it was my turn to order was slightly disappointing. I also found their hours of operation difficult to fit around my work schedule and hope they consider expanding them in the future! I tried the Carrot Cake Cupcake and it was absolutely delightful! We have been so excited to try this place since they opened their storefront in Grapevine! We decided to go on my birthday for a sweet treat. The location is in a sort of strip mall building with parking around it. The inside is beautiful with lots of natural light, windows and greenery. It feels very airy inside. Service was quick. Prices aren't cheap but allergy friendly pastries aren't cheap. My boyfriend had a gluten-free, dairy-free oatmeal pie. It was delicious with a wonderfully spiced aftertaste and was of good size. I had the red velvet cupcake. The cupcake was on the small side and a bit dry. Not much flavor. The buttercream icing was a bit slimy (oily) but a beautiful color and very generously frosted. We were told that the cinnamon rolls are delicious and can be made dairy-free as well as gluten-free. We definitely want to return for cinnamon rolls and coffee soon! read more

Some of the best pastries I've ever had. They just happen to be gluten free! Many GF foods can have a weird texture but you wouldn't even know if it wasn't listed on the menu. I met the owner many many years ago when she had a table at the outdoor farmers market so it's very cool to see her grow her business and open a coffee shop.
