Updated revisit review: A new to Cypress resident, this is my local Pinchos, and one of the only spot that stops my families "where do you want to eat" conversation in its tracks. While they'd usually go for a cheeseburger hybrid, A Yelp Event helped pair my fiancé with the bacon me Gouda burger- their new go to. I personally love to mix it up. This trip called for trying the burger du jour- the G.O.A.T burger. A lover of goat cheese (its fried form being no exception), this was right up my alley. Was it my favorite Pincho burger, no, but it was worth a try and you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose here. Miami made. Houston approved.

Been here a few times and I've never been disappointed, the food is always fresh and tasty. Their burgers are delish, the bowls are fantastic, the pinchos are great, and the service is fantastic. What else could you ask for? Come to this one or the nearest Pincho's to your location.

Great food with lots of flavor. I love the mix of Cuban inspired fresh food including braised beef, black beans and rice, salads with multiple options for dressing. The lobby area is always clean, the staff is consistently courteous. They have an awesome mural on the wall and play lively Cuban music that takes you away from the day to day craziness.

First I'll start off with any place that has beer and TVs during the peak of sports season is a PLUS for me! This place is really good. I ordered the double chicken breast burger and it was juicy with amazing flavor! You can definitely taste the freshness of ingredients within burger. I look for fresh lettuce and onions on my burger and this particular one NAILED IT!!! Thanks for my experience crew I'll definitely be joining you again soon. Happy Yelping!

Sweet mother of all that is God and holy. I think I might have a contender for hubcap grill. Service took a little bit. Which is fine. That means you aren't getting crap. That's been sitting under a heating lamp. You could tell the burgers were freshly cooked. Seasoned perfectly. All the accoutrements were perfect. This was like sticking a little piece of heaven in your gob And enjoying the living hell out of it. The burger was succulent, juicy, great tooth feel, great salt level, perfect bun. All the toppings were obviously fresh. Yes. You will wait 5 to 10 minutes for this burger. If you don't like that, go to McDonald's and be disappointed. The fries were literally amazing Extra crispy on the outside fluffy and airy on the inside. And you just could not stop yourself from eating more. Salt levels were amazing on the fries. They did a great job seasoning these burgers and fries. The staff was super friendly and nice. And super accommodating. If you live in Cypress, you would be remiss not to give this place a try. So let's recap. Outstanding food. Outstanding staff. Outstanding fries. Plenty of salt. Rock solid, five stars

Fries, flavor, and free sauce--yes please! Pincho is THAT spot! My husband and I went recently and as always, had an amazing experience. I got the veggie burger (which I'm obsessed with) and he had the classic Pincho burger. Both were chef's kiss perfection! Let me hype this veggie burger real quick--it's cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and topped with crispy little potato sticks and that magical Pincho sauce. It's honestly a 10/10. Oh, and the fries? Golden, crispy, and so addictive. AND right now they've got unlimited fries with any burger + fry order until the end of July!! You already know we took full advantage. Bonus points: they never charge for extra sauce (which is something I always notice). Little things like that keep us coming back again and again. If you haven't been to Pincho yet, what are you doing?! Go treat yourself!!

I saw an ad for the Cookie Butter Milkshake that Pincho is only offering, it said, for a limited time. So after a festival near by, we stopped by for lunch. We were all hungry, but all of us are unfortunately on different food restrictions, but Pincho did not let us down. In addition to the delicious, creamy, sweet and smooth Cookie Butter milkshake, their Latin bowl, their 305 bowl and their smash burger and fries served deliciousness! The customer service was welcoming and ready to serve. They even brought our milkshakes first.....THEN utensils and our delicious food served hot and fresh. The Manager even came by to check on us to see how we were doing. Our mouths were too overwhelmed with flavor to speak to answer in the moment, so I'm leaving a review instead. Pincho, keep doing what you're doing. We loved the milkshakes, your healthier options for lunch and your delicious smash burger! Oh, and the music created a pretty nice chill vibe as well. We will be back!

This was my first time at the cypress location so I knew I was in for a treat. I ordered the bacon magic truffle burger and added the fried cheese with a side of Cajun fries. Also ordered a build your own plate with the steak Kebob, beans and rice and sweet potato tots. Ordering online was easy and my food was ready when promised. I had just come from the gym so some of the Cajun fries were eaten before I made it home. Sorry not sorry. The burger was delicious and my husband enjoyed his meal too. He put the sweet sauce on everything. They were a little bit busy and I had to wait but didn't mind it at all. They were super nice and even offered more sauce since I didn't get any for my husbands meal.

Grabbing a bite to eat with my old man, and he was in the mood for a good burger. So we stopped in for an early dinner. It was a party! They had a dj, a balloon arch, and 25% off for first responders. The manager Otto was in the building, and his service was amazing as usual. We tried the Perfecto burger and my favorite Bacon me Gouda with cajun fries. We decided to split them so my dad could try both. Cooked to perfection with a little pink in the middle, and even though it was a packed house, the food came out quickly. Burgers are light but filling and packed with flavor. I always have a good experience here, yet this one felt extra special. Talking with the owner and multiple staff members asked me how I was enjoying my food and if I had any suggestions on how service could be better? Their customer service is unmatched and much appreciated.

I heard the burgers were amazing here and had the opportunity to try one. It was amazing - I had the perfecto burger. Loved, loved how the flavors came together. I'm a huge fan of the cilantro sauce and that paired well the onions and cheese. The potato sticks add a nice unique touch of crunchiness to the burger. Loved it! My friend had the black magic burger sans the Swiss cheese and said it was possibly the best burger he's ever had. The cajun fries were ok, but somewhat overpriced at almost $5. They were a bit too crispy for my liking. I had the tostones last time and that was delicious. Will definitely have those again next time. I also tried the sweet potato tots with the apple butter. That wasn't bad! It was almost like dessert since the apple butter was sweet. I love the Americano/Latin/Mediterranean vibe here - there's some great options to choose from. Can't wait to come back!
