Otto and Adrian, our hosts for the evening, along with our Yelp ambassador, Brittany, instantly made us feel like part of the family. The tasting experience was top-notch, featuring a delightful selection from almost every corner of the menu. The journey began with the mind-blowing cheese curds that left us craving for more. We embarked on a culinary adventure, savoring five different mouthwatering hamburgers, a tantalizing hotdog, classic and Cajun French fries, sweet potato fries with an exquisite apple butter sauce, dolce de Leche ice cream, and the most heavenly kebabs I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. The tenderness and flavor of the meat were beyond compare, explaining why this restaurant boasts a plethora of awards. I couldn't help but mention that it was my husband's birthday, and to our surprise, the entire restaurant serenaded him, albeit with a touch of good-natured embarrassment. It left him truly touched. We're already planning our next visit. Choosing a favorite burger was a delightful challenge, as each one was bursting with flavor. However, the Pincho's burger stood out as an absolute winner. Food was top tier and even though we came at a busy time the food came out in a timley manner. The dinning area has vaulted ceilings so despite the business being in a store front strip it still feels spacious. A/C was on blast so it's nice and cool during a hot Texas day.
