They're all new to Nashville from Virginia and have brought in this wonderful spirit and vibe to the complex. You know locals can be a bump on a log sometimes, the tourists that roll through Music City everyday have a greatest love for adventure and they bring with them a fresh spirit where they're from. Nashville was a once sleepy little college town in the 1970's. We're now experiencing Californiacation with the new surge of out of state people moving and relocating here. Food, culture, art, sports, music! The grass is always greener, right!? I grew up in Donelson in 1976 when it was COOL before it become HIP. Compared to the rest of Nashville, Donelson has still retained it's soul luster and community feel where your amongst long time neighbors who know how to drive and know where they're going. You have everything here at the drop of a hat. Percy Priest Lake! Williamson County doesn't have a lake and a family water park in the long hot summers. When I lived out West, I dreamed of one day moving back to Donelson. My luck a brand new apartment complex opened and the previous management @ NOVO Tori, Danielle, Kay Leigh w Elmington were super kind to hook me up with the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. There's some occasional noise from the Music City Star Train. Advantage to that is Bexley is 2 blocks from the train station if you work downtown. You can ride the train to and from downtown to games, concerts, events or a night on the town. BEXLEY is 5 minutes from BNA Nashville Airport if you work at the airport or fly in and out of town a lot. Save yourself the traffic headaches and expensive Ubers and live in Donelson. Donelson is pretty much the Toluca Lake California of Nashville. You have everything you need right here. BEXLEY is 5 minutes from Opry Mills Mall and the Grand Old Opry Theater, IMAX Movie Theater and Opryland Hotel and Indoor Waterpark just North on Briley Parkway. Each Holiday they feature Christmas ON-ICE, millions of lights displays and ice skating. Every NEW YEARS EVE BiCentennial Bash in the Park the Music City Ball Drops the Countdown Down to Midnight. The past several years featured a free outdoor park concert by such local residents as Keith Urban, STYX, and Cheap Trick. Food Trucks, Beer , just add snow and 10 below. Donelson Grocery Stores like Kroger and Publix are very personable. Regions the best bank in the country has 3 branches within 5 minutes, BEXLEY is right next door to the Donelson Bowling Alley built in 1960 and remodeled with pool tables, arcade games, snack bar, beer, 1.50 games Monday and Wednesday Nights. The Bowling Alley is one of the last family fun hang out facilities in town. Donelson YMCA 5 minutes east on Lebanon Road near Kohls, Target, Dollar General, Hermitage Golf Course and Golf Driving Range on Old Hickory Blvd by Summit Hospital. Donelson Golfers can delight at the multi million dollar Gaylord Opryland Golf Course 5 minutes North on McGavock Pike. The Gold Standard golf course , they host the PGA Senior Summer Classic. The Donelson Farmers Market in Two Rivers Park on McGavock every Friday @3pm. Donelson Churches host free aerobics classes, theater workshops and holiday plays you can attend. Our Ole ACE Hardware is still on the corner! Fletchers PIzza, The Thrift Store, The VFW Post on Lebanon Road 5 minutes away hosts nightly Karaoke, Songwriter Nights, Rock Bands on Saturday Nights. And Donelson Pub is a great local bar for friends and good music. The lake dam also has a great dog park up on the hill next to the lake and great fishing below. Great BBQ and music in the Nashville Shores Lake Cove! I've been in my apartment since the building opened. Brand new Fridge, Washer-Dryer, Tub! Microwave. I never have to crank my heat. Pool, 24 hour exercise room, parking and great neighbors! This is one of the best apartment complexes in town and it just keeps getting better. Wannado.com

My central AC completely went out on Friday, August 14th, right in the middle of a severe summer…read moreheatwave, sending my apartment temperature soaring to an unsafe 86 degrees. Emergency maintenance completely ghosted their scheduled 8:00 AM dispatch window on Saturday, leaving me stranded with zero communication. Instead of fixing the system, management dropped off a single portable air unit and expected me to stay trapped in a multi-room apartment sitting at 86 degrees. Because the unit was completely uninhabitable, I had to secure alternative housing at the Element Nashville Airport using my own hard-earned hotel points and free night certificate. Maintenance didn't finally show up to fix the actual system until Monday around noon.  When I requested reimbursement for the real cost of being displaced, local management (Kyle Howard) gaslit me over reward point values, blamed missed dispatches on internal communication errors, and insulted me with a $25 gift card after forcing me out of my home for days in dangerous heat. They care more about padding their ratings with tour reviews than keeping residents safe or maintaining a habitable home. Completely unacceptable management and emergency response.

I had to do everything over the phone, as I was in the midst of a house purchase, which fell through, and out of town! So I was scrambling with a week to find a place. She helped me through the application process, picking out a unit and everything was ready when I got there with a truck load of my belongings! I couldn't have been more thankful! The apartment complex has 2 swimming pools, an exercise facility, a computer/office, BBQs and a fire pit. I think the hours are from 8 to 10pm, which is plenty! Anything after 10 pm is just inviting trouble :) They also have a "Cares" group, which is a couple that goes around and welcomes you to the neighborhood and arranges for get togethers with the residents 2 or 3 times a month. The complex is close to shopping and restaurants. Publics Shipt delivers groceries there too :) The units themselves are large, open concept, complete with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and large balconies. You have to check them out before they are all gone! Oh and they are brand new! No one has lived in it before me :)

From day one, Community Director Jerrimiah Turner went out of his way to introduce himself and make me feel welcomed --he's one of the nicest, most genuine people I've met on the property. The front office staff, Mai and Tonya, along with our community event coordinator Brenden, are always friendly, professional, and approachable. They juggle a lot on a daily basis, yet they handle every situation with kindness and a smile, which goes a long way in making this place feel like home. On the maintenance side, Mitch is outstanding. He's not only quick and efficient, but he truly puts his heart into his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about the tenants and our needs, which is rare to find. Of course, like anywhere, there will always be little issues or the occasional bad seed, but what makes all the difference is how those situations are handled. And at The Percy, this team consistently steps up with professionalism, compassion, and a "we've got you" attitude. The community itself is beautiful, inviting, and filled with friendly neighbors. In today's crazy world, no place is 100% perfect--but The Percy comes close, because the staff here truly do everything they can to make it feel that way. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
