They suggested for the price it would cost to make it perfect, given the year of the board (2017), I'd be better off getting a new board and pocketing the difference. I appreciated how up front they were and headed their advice! I'll be running the board through it's final paces this season and getting a new one come spring. Even beyond repairs, this shop has it all. From kayaks to climbing gear, skis to paddle boards, they've got everything you need to enjoy the outdoors for all four seasons.

Stopped in yesterday since I was in the area for a few hours and about to hop on the Mass Pike, and figured I would check out this location. I usually go to the outlet in Wrentham, Hingham or Woburn, but have also been to the GIANT outlet in Springfield VA (for comparison purposes here). The really odd thing about this location? Not a single employee said a word to me. Very strange. Especially on a weekend when the whole store is on sale - including new Fall arrivals - wouldn't they want to tell people that? The prices are slightly higher, but I feel they are better quality shoes, at with respect to what I wanted. I require a wide, EEE width, shoe, and Clarks has a slightly better selection of these than the other stores. The shows I wanted were already 20% off, and I was able to use the Lee Outlets VIP discount brochure to get another 15% off, plus they got me started on a frequent shoppers discount card which will not expire. The shoes are comfortable, and the price was reasonable (for dress shoes).

I think they should allow some of the older, more experienced staff with better customer service skills handle the returns. I shop at Marshalls a lot ... A LOT! And have never had as bad customer service as I did at this place. The selection here is just kind of blah. Lots of fleece, flannel and hoodies. It seems like this location has more workout stuff than actual clothing. The home section is also surprisingly small, except for candles which they have a ton of. If you are looking for workout clothing, hoodies or cheap Chinese down jackets, this is your spot. If you are looking for business clothing or even some nice, name brand casual stuff, you are probably better of going to the outlets in Lee. Again, my best suggestion is to retrain the younger employees with the premise that people will not shop there if the cashiers are moody and grumpy. I know it's probably only a part time job for them but they should act more like the older cash register employees who seem to give a damn about customer experience. If you don't know the policies of your store, don't make them up and stick with your answer stubbornly. It will be more embarrassing for you when a manager has to correct your mistake and apologize to the customer who knew the policy all along.
