He came over and made sure everything was okay, provided an ice pack, and was very comforting and attentive. That level of care really stood out to me. The facility itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This location did seem a little less busier than the location in Davie however, towards the end of the day, it does pick up a little bit. I also really liked that they offer adult beverages liquor, wine, and canned drinks which gives parents a chance to relax a bit while the kids play. The fun bites were fresh, sweet, and crispy definitely a highlight. They also have Dippin' Dots (one of my favorites), and those did not disappoint. We ordered pizza, chicken tenders, and fries as well those were just okay, nothing special, but the kids enjoyed them. Pricing was reasonable overall. Just note that socks are required and need to be purchased, and jumping is charged by the hour. Some attractions like the zip line and arcade games come with additional fees. I really appreciated the designated area for kids under five it's a safe space where little ones can play without worrying about bigger kids.

Alot of claw games for higher ticket points. I noticed one virtual game and one motorcycle race ride. Various fighting games and fair type ones. The large air hockey was not working there were 2 smaller tables and a pool table, which we noticed had 2 of the same number 15 balls and another missing. You can only buy either $20 or $50 or even more expensive game card nothing in-between it offered 400 points or 1200. They also required to sign a waiver even though we only were going to play video games, which was off since other places do not do that. We still just made the best of it to enjoy the fun.

The kids have a blast and get tired. Home. Sleep. Now, The rest... it's chaotic. I mean between staff monitoring, the people and kids are everywhere which just lends to a less than orderly experience. I feel like people were genuinely just walking in and jumping. The equipment does show some wear and tear but didn't see anything that was obviously dangerous and the areas are staffed pretty well. Staff are also quite pleasant during my interaction with three. There are more things that didn't make me very comfortable too but I'm going to leave it as is. Would I return? Probably not to this location and I'd probably do a drive by before going to another location. I'd say go and check it out and my experience may be extremely different from yours I hope. The kiddos really do have a great time and that's my reason for the extra star. Didnt eat but didn't see any kids leaving food on their plates so I guess that's a good thing for their pizza. Live & Love! Go try and let's hear what you thought!

When I arrived to check in, the man at the counter asked me if my second child was there. He said I had purchased two separate ticket packages. (I hadn't and had the email receipt to prove so.). Fortunately, he had said something or I wouldn't have known they had charged me twice online until checking my statements later. He promptly refunded me, but if you're purchasing admission online, be sure to check your statement! Our child had fun, but at this cost point, it's not something we can do frequently. Do know, if your child is under 16, parents must remain onsite. Skyzone should provide more seating for parents.

I would do it again next year. Its a driving experience. They had a sign of a station to listen to. I got static so I used mine. You have to stay inside the car. They had a bathroom stop halfway. It was around thirty dollars and you had the option of buying 3D glasses for $6, ouch a little overpriced for paper glasses. I did buy them lol. What the glasses did was that it added a figure to the lights. My glasses had snowman and if I moved they moved with me. It was cool. The snowman were everywhere. My son got candy cane. It was the same experience. The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves. Some really got into the holiday spirit. Everyone was very cheerful here. It was a happy atmosphere. I was glad I came.

My fiance rode Rooster and I rode Ryder, both incredible horses, we hardly had to do anything they just followed right along so we could enjoy the ride. Our guides had great info on some of the wildlife in the area, and on the horses at the stables. The majority of the ride was shaded, so helped with some of the heat. Couldn't recommend the experience more, especially if you have a kiddo who loves horses!
