We have gone to Sentry for years and have a child with a severe disability. We never feel welcomed, getting stares by several employees and also recently being followed up and down the aisles by and older woman employee and most recently by Blake Daniels. Blake followed my family for so long that it made both of my daughters significantly uncomfortable. It is CLEAR that they do not care about physically and neuro-diverse people and have no willingness to accept and accommodate them. And when I sent a few emails directly to Bill, I NEVER received a response. You have to be a horrible person to discriminate against anyone overall but it takes a specific type of terrible to do it to a child. I will not shop here anymore nor will any of my family. I encourage everyone reading this to take the same action. Vote with your $'s or there will never be change.

My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel and needed a gluten free lighter option before a spa day. I'm so glad we found Green Grocer. It was packed. Not an empty seat in the place around 12:00 on a Saturday. We did have to circle around for parking as well, but only had to walk a short distance from across the street. I got a drip coffee with blueberry waffle flavor and cream. The coffee was very good. I believe they use Collectivo. The gluten free raspberry financier was even better. It was similar to a Madeline cookie, but larger and raspberry in the center. I would drive back just for the pastry. We also got sandwiches from the deli and two fountain drinks from bar. I loved my build your own turkey and Swiss with sprouts, lettuce, tomato's pickle, onion, mayo, mustard, and sub sauce on gluten free bread. The bar service was great too. I definitely recommend Green Grocer for sandwiches and coffee, especially if you want to avoid the craziness of downtown Lake Geneva. First visit, the bar wasn't open. The lower bar bartender told us we could go up to the roof top but needed to bring our own dishes down. Second visit, large sign at entry said roof top bar was open. Several tables and all seats at the bar were full but no bartender on a very warm day. It rained earlier in the day so many of the tables and chairs were wet. We were able to go behind the bar to grab paper towels to clean off the seats. Again had to bring up drinks from the lower bar. Lower bar tender moves like a snail. After about an hour, a bartender shows up to the roof top and says she was watching the weather and decided to come to work. The lower bar is nice but why offer a roof top bar if you cannot service it. There were many customers that left frustrated at the lack of service. Hopefully management will get it together. This could be a great asset to our small town.

Sophie made our time at The Candle Mercantile memorable! She was so patient with us and she really understood the kind of scent each one of us were going for. Here you will find casual and dressy casual wear, super cute, unique items for kids, and many accessories. If you are looking for something for you or your child that is different than a department store find, stop by and see what the shop offers. Prices are spot on. It's important to remember that boutique clothing provide an opportunity to obtain unique pieces that not everyone in town wi be wearing. This means you might expect to pay a little more. With that said, I thought the prices were extremely reasonable- $28-$60 or so per piece. I noted some necklaces and other accessories for $12. It's worth noting how extremely friendly the owner is. He was super sweet to my girls. His two dogs were in the shop, and he even brought one to my toddler so she could pet her. These are the types of small businesses to support.
