Highly recommend if you are in need of these services! 3732 W Wisconsin Avenue Milwaukee First went to Any Labs location in Wauwatosa around January of 2018 for a requested 10 panel. The woman that collected the sample took two HUGE CHUNKS of hair! I left sobbing! I could blindly feel the huge chunks on the back of my head that she took out and a year and a half later I still get comments on them from hairstylists every single time I go in! I honestly was traumatized by the experience! (Yes, I fully realize the vanity in it and there are much bigger problems to have in life, but I think most anyone would be extremely upset about a careless hack job to their head! You need only consider the time and money so many people spend on their hair, hair products, wigs, hair loss treatments etc You can't place a value on your time, money, body, and results!) About a year later, I needed to have alcohol hair testing done. I still was so traumatized from the first experience that I delayed going in for a long as possible. I finally decided to try their different location instead. I went in and, with tears in my eyes, explained what happened the last time. I showed the woman there(Anna) the chunk that was missing and she was shocked! She admitted that they took MUCH too much hair, actually took a picture of it, and said that they were going to speak to the person that did it and put out a company notice on it. I felt slightly better and felt encouraged that I could try trusting someone else. We completed the service. On May 18th, I received the email results and my stomach dropped and was in knots when it appeared to only show what appeared to be all drugs and no alcohol! I tried to remain calm as I called them hoping that it was a mistake that could be easily fixed or that perhaps I was just reading it wrong. I spoke to Anna again that same day. I am generally a very laidback, people pleasing person who would rather let something just go and inconvenience myself than rock the boat and speak up for myself, but I got even more and more upset as she argued with me over what I asked for! Finally (I feel as an attempt to get rid of me) she said she would speak to the manager/owner. As a long time business owner myself, I fully expected to receive a phone call later that day showing great concern over the mess they made! I gave them over A WEEK to address things! Far more than enough time to try to make amends and be professional! I can only assume they hoped I'd just go away! I only received a barrage of calls/emails when I decided to fight and I filed for a dispute of charges with my bank! Regardless of which specific service you need, I'm certain it is far too important to you to be placing in the hands of careless, bungling, unprofessional individuals! This office has the feel of a small family run business but the versatility of having a large corporate backing to get top notch equipment in the office. Today needed blood & papers for an upcoming procedure. They said they didn't have the papers, my other doctors office gave them faulty info, we left. I called the other office in the car en route another stop, managed to sort them out and have it faxed over to the clinic. Stopped at the clinic on the way home and they managed to squeeze in a few minutes with a nurse to grab the blood and a flash with the doctor to do the paperwork even though I was well past my appointment time today because the other office didn't send the papers to the right office. They'll go above and beyond to get things done if they can logistically handle it. Blood collection was easy and the nurse had my preferred type and gauge of needle, I know what needle my veins are good with because of how many blood drawings and procedural IV lines I have in a year. The overall clinic is a 5/5 except for when you have to do after hours answering service call ins. They tend to be a bit unreliable at getting the physician to phone back but they do eventually work after some prodding. Maybe the company will switch answering service vendors if they see more complaints about answering service problems.

I arrived at 6:40am and checked in at the kiosk, I was called in at 6:42am and was out of there within 5 minutes. The employees were super nice as well! Yes, it's a little difficult to find, there's literally no staff in the waiting room area which can be a little disconcerting. Once you check in at the kiosk, the employees in the backroom hear a ding so they know you're waiting. Honestly, if you don't wanna wait, just make an appointment super early, they open at 6:30am. There was no one else there when I went. On my way out, there were 2 people waiting. All in all it was easy peasy! Glad I was out of there quickly despite all the bad reviews.

You choose a day and are presented with every open slot they have. Select one and confirm it, and you are ready. This was particularly good since I wanted to go right away, and found an appointment available in 1/2 hour. So I booked the time. When you arrive, there is someone sitting at a desk, but you are expected to check in using their kiosk. The kiosk has a scanner where you place your driver's license and then your insurance card. Using the data it captured, it filled out all of the information for me. That made checking in much easier. I was taken back right away even though I was a little early. The phlebotomist greeted me and asked me to take a seat. I can't say the draw was painless, but she did stick me with a needle... I'm used to getting lab work done in the hospital lab. This was a much easier experience, with no wait time. (Can't say that about a hospital lab.)

However, I believe they are perhaps very understaffed. I have been here at least 2-3 times in the last 6 months for various blood runs, as it is located in the same building as my neurologist. Every single time I come to this location, have waited at least 30 minutes, if not longer. I know one time was like an hour because I was dying of boredom with no magazines nor cell reception. I guess I always assumed this was "normal" for a walk in blood lab. However, I recently went to another location (Peterson Ave. -closer to home) and I was in and out in 5 minutes. So, that said, I guess the feedback here is that if they are aware this is a busy location with many, many customers, they need to get these poor girls some help. I don't mind waiting 10-15 minutes.
