As of noon (which is NOT early morning) the flowers had not been delivered. After leaving an unhappy message on their voicemail, and sending an email directly to Petals & Stems regarding the delivery, AND agreeing to a $12.95 delivery charge for a maximum 3 mile delivery, the floral arrangement was delivered at 12:15 pm. Total spent ..... $79.05. This is not customer service! Note, Lenny, I will continue to order flowers locally in the future as I have a large family, but DEFINITELY NOT your company. By the way, the arrangement looked ok, but the longevity of the roses are questionable.

I ordered a very nice Floral Harmony Fantasy - Birthday arrangement, with a Teddy Bear and 5 (five) Latex Balloons - One Balloon = 10 years). They delivered the flowers ON-TIME and the Teddy Bear (I ordered a Brown Bear - but they sent a White Bear - no big deal) but then - NO BALLOONS!! 3 items, it's not rocket science, just count 1,2,3 items for this address!!! That screwed the whole setup of the flowers and bear and BALLOONS! Of course my daughter was disappointed - she wanted her balloons too. Trying to call Ava's is a nightmare because they use Ai Robots to screen the calls and basically run you around in circles and frustrate you enough to hang up and forget about it - but, I DID NOT! I could tell everyone 'how I got through' but, IF I did - AVA would quickly CLOSE that loophole. Finally I got through and spoke to a lady whom apparently English was her 2nd language. After I gave her all my info on the sale, she put me on hold for about 3 minutes and came back and said "All she could do was give me a refund ... NOT SATISFACTORY!!! Don't these people understand OR CARE that you send flowers for very personal reasons - and those situations don't come everyday. I will NEVER use them or one of their local partners again. They called me back the day after the order was supposed to be delivered and said they were unable to reach anyone. They connected with me by email but a response to the email goes to an address which does not accept responses. I then saw a phone call that had gone to my spam. I called that number and went into a phone menu. The phone menu goes around and around asking questions that it has already answered in the process of requesting information for other questions. Finally I reached an option to cancel my order... but it will not accept a cancellation on the system. A call back is promised. I am expecting my next correspondence on this matter will be with my credit card company.
