    More torn seats.

5 pm and the mall is open but most of the little shops are closed. Play center was pretty beaten up. Nice shop owners for shops that were open. Sad to see a mall not thriving. Wonder if the holidays have better crowds.

Love this place! It is so peaceful and Serene beautiful, and when everything is in bloom it is absolutely Majestic so absolutely beautiful. The Landscaping here is so awesome to the T beautiful. Of course it's a lot slower than it used to be 20 years ago due to the internet and everything being bought online but it is a beautiful Fleet place to come if you want to have peace and quiet and a little bit of alone time but during the holidays it is packed with beautiful Festival of Lights in the walkthrough

The Gateway mall is sadly dying. I've been here before during the weekday and there's hardly anyone there. It gets a little more busier on the weekend, but not a lot. It's a nice mall. It has only one leveI so its not as big as the mall in Glendale. It's clean and quaint. Unfortunately, a lot of shops are closed. I was told rent is super expensive and no one can afford to stay at the mall anymore with so few customers. There is a big food court with a lot of seating but limited selections of food. During the week the retired people come and use the food court tables to play games on. Good idea. At least people are using them. There's even a little play yard for little kids and some little rides for them to enjoy. I feel bad that more people don't enjoy this mall. I remember the days when going to the mall was the thing to do. Meet your friends and just enjoy hanging out. I guess Amazon is more convenient to buy things online and the smartphone is just a text away from a friend.

Ghost town. Most of the stores are vacant. What a shame. Took my son in to go to LIDS for a hat and they're gone now too.

Sad, sad mall. None of the stores have consistent hours or good selections. The only decent store left is Dillards.

Fun place to walk around. I like supporting Prescott stores instead of online shopping :)

A couple of the stores sell most mostly locals wares and clothing. It has an elevator in the event you can't walk up the stairs. There is a restaurant also located inside the facility. I believe it's a new restaurant from the last time I was in town. It looks really nice. I'm not sure if they're open for lunch, but I'm certain they're open for dinner. There's a wide variety of different types of shops, including art, knickknacks, etc., but higher quality knickknacks not souvenir type stuff. Karely at Dillard's Prescott Just Turned Christmas Stress into Pure Magic - 10 Stars Isn't Enough!…read more I wish every retailer could meet Karely from Dillard's in Prescott, Arizona, because she just redefined what customer service can be. My 82-year-old mother-in-law, who has survived multiple strokes and was absolutely overwhelmed trying to pick out the perfect Christmas gifts for the whole family, called the store in a near-panic. One phone call. That's all it took. Karely didn't just take the order--she held my mother-in-law's hand (figuratively) through the entire process. She listened patiently, asked the right questions, offered spot-on suggestions, and somehow made a frail, worried woman on the other end of the line feel like the most important person in the world. Gifts for grandkids, great-grandkids, in-laws--every detail was handled with warmth, precision, and genuine care. ‍‍‍ By the end of the call, my mother-in-law was laughing, relaxed, and actually excited for Christmas again. She told me later, "I think I fell asleep smiling." Karely didn't just complete a transaction; she restored someone's holiday spirit and gave our family a story we'll tell for years. Dillard's, please know you have an absolute gem in Karely--she's not just an exceptional employee, she's the kind of person who makes the world feel kinder. We are beyond grateful. Thank you, Karely, for making my mother-in-law's Christmas truly special. You deserve every raise, every recognition, and every good thing coming your way. 10 stars. A million thank-yous. Karely is a keeper!
