Went here for Espire Sports, but while I was in the building, thought I might as well explore. Most stores are closed and empty, however they do have many random stores that might benefit your shopping needs, gifts, etc. The more popular stores consisted of Bath and body works, claire's, JcPenney, Dillards, Hot topic, and again random stores like an H2O shop, a small arcade, barber shop.. and i'm sure the website has the rest of the stores listed. Parking is easy, there's parking spaces all around the mall. If it wasn't for Espire, I don't think I'd make the trip out since im probably better off ordering items I need online. Also not alot of food options in the food court, but hey you might find something worth your time here. read more

Love this place! It is so peaceful and Serene beautiful, and when everything is in bloom it is absolutely Majestic so absolutely beautiful. The Landscaping here is so awesome to the T beautiful. Of course it's a lot slower than it used to be 20 years ago due to the internet and everything being bought online but it is a beautiful Fleet place to come if you want to have peace and quiet and a little bit of alone time but during the holidays it is packed with beautiful Festival of Lights in the walkthrough read more

The Prescott Gateway Mall is a great place to have a small business. The rent is reasonable, the people are friendly and the business owners really try to make your experience top notch. The Gateway mall is sadly dying. I've been here before during the weekday and there's hardly anyone there. It gets a little more busier on the weekend, but not a lot. It's a nice mall. It has only one leveI so its not as big as the mall in Glendale. It's clean and quaint. Unfortunately, a lot of shops are closed. I was told rent is super expensive and no one can afford to stay at the mall anymore with so few customers. There is a big food court with a lot of seating but limited selections of food. During the week the retired people come and use the food court tables to play games on. Good idea. At least people are using them. There's even a little play yard for little kids and some little rides for them to enjoy. I feel bad that more people don't enjoy this mall. I remember the days when going to the mall was the thing to do. Meet your friends and just enjoy hanging out. I guess Amazon is more convenient to buy things online and the smartphone is just a text away from a friend. read more

Nice mall that Prescott really needs, but a lot of store have closed. Our main go tos here when we are in town is Orange Julius, Texas Roadhouse and Wildflower Bread Company. I hope things pick up. Sad, sad mall. None of the stores have consistent hours or good selections. The only decent store left is Dillards.

This mall reminded me of one back home. The location of the mall is great and you would think the place would have been more popping than it was but sadly it wasn't. The inside of the mall was huge and lots of vacant stores. The stores that were open were super random and sold even more random stuff inside. I felt like this place had a lot more activity going on but not when I went. This place is super quiet and slow that there were groups of seniors playing board games, people reading and on their laptops - it almost gave off a vibe of a library. Sad as this place has a lot of potential and can be used much better. read more

I guess if you live in Prescott, this place is just great. But, as a true-blue mall hater, this place blows chunks! It's extra busy, most likely because it's the only place nearby to buy anything. Another annoying factor is that everyone drives as if they are moving through frozen molasses. This is most likely due to the .... ahem, age of the drivers. That's all I'll say about that. Anyway, if you live here, then you most likely shop here and it's possibly your only form of distraction. To you all I say, go for a hike! Check out some antiques in the square instead! It's really kind of a sad mall. There is no road maintenance, they don't de-ice for snow, lots of empty shops, and the landscaping is mediocre (at best). This place is going to have to do some MAJOR, MAJOR remodeling if it wants to attract new businesses and with all the new growth in Prescott and Prescott Valley, you'd think they would up their game, nope same sad mall... too bad because it's in a prime location read more

The Mall itself is fine, but the management of this mall is extremely irresponsible and horrendous. As a small company, this mall will not pay their bills for repairs they asked us to do. They owe us so much money and in good faith we fixed many a bathroom and other problems. read more

The mall is a pleasant setting for shopping where new shops are opening in a resurgence of its place in the Prescott. Plenty of good parking, easy access, a bright, clean, friendly environment, easy to navigate the climate controlled A/C comfortable interior, a casual gathering place to meet up with friends in the food court area. As new businesses move in and establish their clientele, the community interest to shop there will snowball too. As Prescott has grown over the years, more and more stores have popped up to keep up with the demand. As a result, the Prescott Gateway Mall is pretty darn good now. They have tons of shops, including most of the major department stores and also smaller stores that include Hot Topic, Hi-Health, Hall of Frames and much, much more. I think this mall can hold its own now and it gives Prescott residents and visitors the perfect spot to shop til you drop! read more

If you feel like getting depressed, head here. Zero stars would be most appropriate. The place is literally a ghost town- businesses start up and fail within months. The depressing music that blares is accompanied by a deafening hum that sounds like a ring tone and assaults your ears. This place used to be so much fun. But with the new owners everything is pretty crappy. Most of the stores have been driven out. Kids my age used to hang out there all the time but now there's really nothing to do. It could use some help. If they had stores like Forever21, Brandy Melville, Hollister, it would be doing amazing- I guarantee. It's sad to see how it's deteriorated but it's just not fun anymore. read more

We're moving to the area and of course we had to check out the mall. Hopefully more shops get put in because the mall is already small and the large amount of vacancies makes your shopping experience kind of a bummer. However Dillard's has some great name brands, and the people at Lens Crafters are so nice! The place is clean and they have children's benches at the food court. This mall is very dead and boring. They have stores but they are outdated and have very little selection. Most stores are closed for good and other stores were closed for the day like come on. They have a VS, Dillard's, Rue 21, Sears, you get the idea. Even the Dillard's barely had anything. The food court has 3 places. The outdoor part of the mall has nothing but 3 stores or so. I'm surprised they actually get customers. Maybe if they could do something about how dead this mall is, maybe have more stores or better stores. I have been to the Prescott Gateway Mall many times as I have lived In Prescott for almost eleven years. The first time I want they're It looked bigger than it does today because I was a lot younger. The Mall is located at 3280 Gateway Blvd, Prescott AZ and from my experience it is a great place for many reasons. Some of which are eating, going on small dates, shopping for clothes, collectibles, and games. It is also a good place for people to go and study or do homework as well. When you first enter the Prescott Gateway Mall the first thing you notice is the vastly tall ceilings constructed with wood planks that seem to have a wood stain to give it a rich darker color. The floor is made with beautiful tile that gives you a satisfying feeling when you start walking on and makes the perfect noise when walking that almost sounds like horseshoes. The stores are on either side. the long tall paths in the mall are like walking through a giant hallway. The walls look like any other walls, but you can see in almost all the stores as you walk past them through the glass that seems to be cleaned every day, they are so clean you can see your own reflection. There are ads and products posted on the walls and windows. In some places of the mall, there are machines that dispense candy and little knick-knacks made to catch the attention of a kid's eye, bright and colorful with cool colored candy and toys. Near the food court area, there is a giant fireplace. When you take your first steps into the mall one of the first things you might notice is the smell of the bakery in the mall, warm and sweet-smelling bread and pastries. If you make your way to the food court, you will see the many chairs and tables that seem they have been there since the mall opened. Although not the most comfortable seats in the world with their worn-out padding and being low to the ground there are plenty of seats and there never more than twenty people in the food court at a time. The food at the food court is amazing the Thai place when you go up to the counter you can smell the fresh spices, meats and, vegetables they have pictures on display of all their different Thai dishes. Their color theme of the tiny Thai place seems to be orange with their orange counters and walls. You can see part of the kitchen if you look behind the cashier. Their food is warm and spicy. They always style their carrots and cut them in appealing patterns. There are many stores in the Prescott Gateway Mall some of which are small, and others are about the size of a regular store. One of the bigger stores JCPenney's they have there is filled with all kinds of clothes for both men and women. It always smells like a mixture of several different kinds of perfume it stings your nose when you enter the store. There isn't much room to walk around JCPenney's because there are so many clothes and mannequins. There are shelves with neatly folded pants and shirts there is a perfume section that gives off very strong sent of chemicals, they have purses with vastly different varieties some leather some clothing there is also overpriced candy on display that is in a fantasy container like it was made for royalty. One of the smaller stores in the mall Hot topic is painted darker than the rest when you walk inside you can hear the edgy music playing. There are clothes that look like they aren't from this time but the future. You almost can't see any part of the wall because it is offered by stuffed toys, collectibles, and cloths. The back of the store has odd and colorful back backs and pajamas. There are stands with buttons and stickers on it. The store smells like plastic and new cloth material. They have stuffed animals that are soft and squishy, jeans with holes in them, dresses and short skirts and fluffy pajamas. I recommend the Prescott Gateway Mall to anyone who is looking for something good to eat, clothes to buy or, maybe a stuffed toy. The mall has many stores, good food and cool things to buy and can be a good place to relax and study or just do some work. Because of all its great qualities I recommend people visit there and try there great Thai food and shop at their stores with amazing products and personalities. Some of the stores aren't doing business well regardless of their unique ideas so it's a good idea to shop/eat there to support. read more

This is one of the smallest malls I've ever been to and the selection of stores is not great at. The children's play area is pretty bare, though they do have a couple of storefronts geared toward kids plus Go Bananas outside of the mall. The food court is pathetic, though the little cake pop shop is great and the owners are very friendly. Much better mall options about two hours south around the Phoenix Valley. I would rather just make a day of it and go to one of those malls. read more

The Prescott Gateway Mall is a huge disappointment, not just to customers but to employees. This mall is an absolute ghost town, with very few shops and littered with health and safety violations. For customers and visiting tourist you might be wowed by the building. Its big and different compared to malls down in Phoenix. But if your looking to shop or grab a bite at the food court this is not the place and you're better off going to Phoenix with an actual food court filled with places to shop. Even you window shoppers won't have anything to look at as most of the mall is empty. Walking through this mall actually feels like a chore and finding stores is more difficult because even the maps they have are out of date. I don't think this mall can even afford to turn on the air conditioning or heater when its needed. The bathrooms of this mall are absolutely disgusting! From clogs not being attended to no soap or paper towels in dispensers and the air vents don't even work. This means not even employees can wash their hands and the food court smells of human waste. This mall is extremely dim during mall hours and some store signs don't even work. This mall also has major mold problems and leak issues. They actually have to sand bag a corridor to make sure water doesn't come through when it storms. In my own opinion you would be wasting your time by even visiting such a dump. If you're a business owner go elsewhere. The city of Prescott should bulldoze this place and build condos. A little side note if your someone wanting to work for Prescott Gateway Mall understand that you will never hear from management, your checks will bounce, or you may not even get paid when your supposed to and the benefits like healthcare and dental are outrageous. More than half the stores closed, Pacson closed, food court sucks, the 4 stores worth shopping at are over priced, game stop is the best place there, but I shop at best buy so no need and that mini golf place is a joke. Step up your game! read more
