10/10 immediately. Obviously this is a very busy place, and so there will be long waits. However the way they handled the waiting was outstanding and made the time move really fast! We entered into a barn with tvs, tables, appetizers, drinks, and even a phone charging station! It made the 45 minute wait seem like a 7 wait! Savanna was our appetizer waitress, and she was so quick,friendly,and chill despite the overwhelming amount of people and noise. We then moved on to the dinning area where we met our waiter Blake who also gave off the same amazing energy! He sat down and treated us like human beings/friends instead of customers when taking our order. In my mind I thought our food would take a while considering it was so busy. I was wrong. Our food was out before we could finish our chips and queso- I think Polly 5 minutes! I got the pound bucket of ribs, they fall off and are full of flavor- the bucket even doubles as a sand castle bucket! With this I got a side of FLAVOR PACKED BAKED BEANS, a side of delicious fries, and of course their amazing pineapple coleslaw. Other than a lot of time to park (huge Friday evening crowd) this restaurant is a treat. No wait seating, prompt helpful service and great seafood. I had the seafood platter, which was served hot, crispy and promptly, and my wife had the mahi-mahi basket. We had plenty to eat and not very expensive for fresh seafood. Drinks get the job done. Close proximity to beach was a plus as we were able to walk the beach while waiting. The wait on a Wednesday night was an hour and 45 min so just be prepared to wait... the food was good we had popcorn shrimp, and French onion sandwich kids had chicken tenders. I got the fried seafood platter that was supposed to have fried oysters. We couldn't even find they oysters at first. They were buried at the bottom of the plate and the were literally the size of peas. So that was a $40 plate of worthless. My boyfriends 10 year old child wanted a Cesar salad and they put it on a very small plate, but still charged the whole salad plate price. We waited outside for 2 hours. We also had to deal with the parking lot guard on a power trip. There was nowhere to stand and he was out there being as rude as he possibly could. We come here every year and spend hundreds of dollars. This is probably the last. We can find better food and be treated better elsewhere. It's also so dark in there you can't even see what you're actually eating. That's scary! read more
