Someone else eventually stepped in to "help," but instead of improving things, she came across as rude and unhelpful--frequently deflecting customers back to the already overwhelmed bartender. For example, she refused to take drink orders or assist customers with open tabs, which only added to the confusion and delays. Overall, the staff seemed unhappy, disengaged, and like they didn't want to be there--which really showed in the level of service. Disappointing experience, especially for a place connected to a hotel where guests rely on convenience.
