Gridlock leaving and forced into 2 lanes for miles! Getting there was a bit easier as we were early but still getting into the lot itself was just sitting there...forever! ADA parking free for Pats game but other concerts may make you pay! The lot is small and has an overflow but fills fast! - elevators: another nightmare of long lines! I feel like this is a major fire hazard! How would they evacuate ADA people in a timely manner if there was an emergency!? They ONLY have 6 open for Pats game and 4 for concerts!! Plus the single elevators only hold approx 6-8 people? And there is an attendant in there as well. - restrooms: tons of them everywhere and fast moving short lines! Attendants cleaning all the time! - food: tons of places for drinks, food, snacks, etc right by each section. Cashless hand-held systems. Standard stadium food. Prices are bonkers! - customer/guest service: super helpful and friendly, but not a lot of them (4) so lots of walking to get to them in the center field on level 1 & 3 - seats: each has a cup holder and standard size seat. Wish they were padded! We were in the 200's section. Good incline so no tall people blocking your view - staff: everyone we interacted with were so nice and helpful with directions and service

There is some parking off of Rte 27 near the underpass under the tracks. The local cops and businesses will tow you if you try to park in a non-commuter rail parking lot. If the the station is open, get your tickets there from the coffee shop inside to avoid a surcharge on the train. Their machine is unreliable sometimes however. Would have more stars if it was open later and had a bit more parking.

From Foxboro to Dedham, we didn't go faster than 6 or 7 miles per hour. I get that they don't own the tracks and they're going through a residential neighborhood but if it's going to suck this much then don't even do it. Next time, if there is a next time, I'll get a shuttle bus of some sort from downtown. Because this was absolutely awful. We didn't get to South Station until 12:40AM. (Note: There is also a train from here south to Providence. Maybe that runs faster?)

I really want to like this library. I really do. I have…read morenever been here before and was hoping for the best. But the fiasco printing here was not pleasant and wasted a whole lot of time. I used to be very skeptical of going to random libraries. I really like to get everything I need to get done whenever I go out to go somewhere for something. It's just easier not to make separate trips to do separate things. I don't work in or live near Mansfield, so I haven't been here before, and won't likely return. However, I was in the area and figured that it couldn't hurt to stop here and get the documents printed that I needed. Plus, just recently I visited another random library and had an excellent experience (the printers work very well at the Bellingham Library....). I don't mind printing my personal documents at the school I work at, but prefer to do them either at home (too bad I don't have a printer anymore....) or go to a library. Over a long period of time, I have come to the conclusion, after buying way too many ink cartridges and various printers, that it's just easier to go to the library to print. So I came in here, got a guest pass, and got onto a computer. Either the Wifi was really, really PAINFULLY slow, or the computer was not up to date with the current updates. It seemed like a combination of both. My documents were changed, not to my knowledge when they went to the printer, so nothing came out correctly. I came in to print thirty documents, and sent them all to the printer before printing any. Long story short, the documents all printed incorrectly. I wasted 30 minutes messing with a computer that didn't like loading, or printing things correctly, and wasted over four dollars printing. Too bad I didn't need to run any errands in Bellingham, because it took me so much less time to print and I actually got what I needed. What a waste. Unfortunate, they haven't updated their computers or printers here. 2 stars. Oh, and by the way, the entire parking lot area and exterior are of this library was in shambles with metal, other materials and stuff everywhere. What is going on here?

Kristin was a huge help to me today, she was very patient and showed me how to use Microsoft Word, attach a resume, save it, etc. Such a great place. with nice people like her, what a difference her kindness made, She knows computers and has a easy way of talking and dealing with people, just awesome. Sometimes I come here and find amazing deals, especially on last-season or clearance items, but other times the prices aren't really much better than what you'd find at a regular mall. Some stores definitely have great sales and outlet pricing, while others seem to be pretty close to their regular prices. That being said, I do feel like the outlets have improved over the years. They've upgraded the restaurant options, and there are definitely quite a few good choices now. I also like that they have a cute little activity/play area in the middle for kids, which is a nice addition if you're shopping with little ones. Overall, it's a nice place to shop, but I definitely recommend comparing prices because the deals can vary quite a bit from store to store and visit to visit.
