I would give them a second try if I'm ever back in the area just based on how this situation was handled by management. Lizzie gave us an interesting history chat on the house and the 2 surrounding houses. I loved learning about the house and the story behind some of the pieces. The teapots, tea cups, paintings displayed throughout the house are all for sale. We ended up buying several teapots and teacups! On the first day, I ordered a hazelnut latte and immediately decided this would be my go-to coffee shop for the rest of the trip. The second day, I ordered the same hazelnut latte but took their recommendation to add cinnamon cold foam on top. I know it's a pretty basic order, but they absolutely nailed it. The cold foam was thick, creamy, and held its texture perfectly without sticking to the sides of the cup or instantly dissolving into the coffee. Whatever they did, the ratio was spot on. They even let me know I could choose any cold foam flavor I wanted, but I stuck with their recommendation, and I'm glad I did. It was so good my boyfriend ended up stealing the rest of my coffee!
