Workers were extremely rude and didn't greet my group or I while walking in. While getting our ice cream they were whispering the whole time making my group feel uncomfortable . When I went up to pay I dropped some toppings and the cashier rolled her eyes at me, so I got a garbage can and cleaned it up myself and they didn't say a word to me the whole time. First I want to start off by saying they don't have many flavor choices. Gettin past that we came in at 9:25pm 35 mins before they even close and the whole cold condiment topping bar was packed away. I asked for strawberry popping bobas/ bubbles and she said oh we just put them away. From my own experience working in food service you don't put away anything until maybe 5 mins before close but they could of at-least went to the back to scoop some into my cup. There were 4 girl employees just sitting in a circle just laughing extremely loud and talking ignoring everything and the one was on the counter with shorts on bare skin on the food counter which is against a health code violation! Stopped into this place on the way out of LBI. Very friendly greeting upon entering. Clean place with lots of fro yo flavors and also vanilla and chocolate soft serve. Many toppings and syrups to chose from in a very nice layout. There was only one sugar free fro yo offering (coffee), which is what I prefer. The yogurt itself was very creamy with a wonderful texture. Unfortunately the coffee flavor was very weak (deducted a star) - a shame because the consistency was so good. I come here as much as possible or technically as much as my weight will allow lol i'm so glad we have a local frozen yogurt place especially the fact that most of them are fat free, it's a great selection for people who are watching their calories and for those that aren't! it's always clean the only time it's not is when it's extremely busy with a bunch of kids. I've ran in 10 minutes before closing (recently as yesterday) and never see anything packed up early, I've probably been here 20+ times over the past 5 years so I think I have adequate judgement of the quality of this business read more

It was my first time at the place. Came out with my girlfriends after a birthday dinner for some frozen yogurt. The yogurt was pretty good and they have a good range of toppings. However, the customer service was terrible. Two girls were sitting on the counter on their phones giggling while customers were still in the store. We went around 9pm, 1 hour before closing and we even called to make sure. By the time we got there, they put away half of their topping selections! My friend asked for some of the toppings and got told they put them away but wouldn't grab them for us. Workers seemed annoyed with us and I did not feel welcome. Tonight was my first time here in 2 years & very disappointed! Didn't have enough flavor options as they used to. Toppings were empty and or stale, especially the Swedish Fish were hard as a rock. This place has some of the best froyo I have ever had. And I have had a lot of frozen yogurt. But anyway there's a great selection of toppings and the place is really cozy on the inside. The prices are reasonable too. I've never tried any of their candies or drinks and stuff but I bet they're good! read more

Not Just Yogurt is like heaven for your inner fat kid! They have a ton of variety of your favorite toppings and I always try something new when I visit. The ice cream is very good for soft serve, and it does tend to melt quickly, but that just makes the cookies I get even better when that happens. I am not a huge fan of yogurt so I can't comment on that. The only downside is, you'll get so excited filling up your cup that you often forget that they weight it in the end. So it can get pricey.....but so so worth it. Place is always clean when we go in and they often have specialty items like chocolate covered pretzels and can make you a milkshake if you request. Well my FIRST impression was WOW!!! So nice and clean and looks wonderful. ~Unfortunately the service and cleanliness does NOT match up upon a closer view! So they put spoons on counters where money and credit card sliders are~ and if you say...that is NOT sanitary.... look out for a HUGE blow up of management! My 2 sweet little girls were so offended that an adult,(and worse YET, I think was the owner), would cause a scene and basically have no sensitivity to a germ phobia, which made it worse...... her outrageous behavior! LOOK we are all HUMAN and WE all have issues!!!! Try to be a little more patient and kind.. especially to children who are so fragile. They were upset because she is touching credit cards and money and then handling the spoons you will be eating off of. YUCK! Better to have wrapped up plastic spoons, if you do not have a separate pair of hands working there that are able to handle the spoon you will be eating off of. Money and credit cards are so dirty! Yogurt was great... It was the chai that was awful and the customer service was horrendous! After taking 2 sips of my chai I was convinced it was made wrong or something because it had a burnt taste. I went to ask for a hot cocoa instead (same price) and the manager told the cashier to tell me that I had to pay for it. Seriously? I just thought that was terrible customer service on their part. So I lost $2 who cares but it was the bad taste that was left in my mouth both literally and figuratively that bugged me. I won't go back but I doubt they care anyway. read more

Okay, so I come here ATLEAST twice a week! Specially in the summer! And then definitely atleast once a week in the winter! It is my favorite place ever! The Froyo is great! There is an unlimited amount of toppings! The place is very clean and they have a lot of yummy options on there menu! I come here so often a lot of the employees know me! They are all wonderful workers and so nice! The only problem I've ever encountered is one employee who just seems super annoyed every time I use a Rams card, & then when I try and use my punch card she refuses to give me punches! It's only the one lady and she seems to always have an attitude and seems less than pleased to be there, it's not a big deal with the punch card thing but what annoys me is her attitude she always uses. But other than that this is my all time favorite place ever! read more

I love this place. Have been a customer here since before when it was sweets and smiles. Unfortunately today I was super disappointed. Went for ice cream which I only treat myself o cell in a while. I really wanted hot caramel but it was very hard and cold and wouldn't come out. So I went to have reeces peanut butter sauce. It wouldn't pump and had barely any in it. Then lastly I went to the hot fudge and it was also empty. They had to open the container and move it around so I could pump a small amount out. Ughh frustrating! read more
