As a previous customer stated, the Jeep Dealer told me I needed to replace the entire panoramic roof on my 2012 Jeep Liberty which would cost between $3,500-$5,000, 3 years ago in 2017. I was also told by the dealer that I had to wait for parts to come in to fix the roof, I waited and waited and still no parts arrived for them to repair my roof. After about 6 months I was told that the manufacturer who makes the parts are not making them anymore and they don't know how long it would take to find another manufacturer if any at all to get parts from. I was a little frustrated with them because I waited so long for no results. That's when I did a quick Google search and found Steve's Auto in Burlington, an hour away. Steve told me to bring the car in and he would take a look at it. He checked it out for me and told me to leave the vehicle and he would order parts and try to get it fixed, but to no avail I had to pick up the vehicle back up and bring it home the same way because Steve could not find the parts either. But unlike the Dealer Steve kept looking for me and found the parts one by one until he had them all. So to keep a long story short my roof is working well and I was not charged an Arm and a Leg for the parts and labor. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about moonroofs. He took the time to show me how to properly care for my moonroof. Steve fixed the clogged lines in my moonroof.
