When you confront him about it, he will ask you to leave the facility and not think twice about it. The Director Seema told us that since he is crying a lot, the teacher is unable to concentrate on other kids and wanted us to drop him. The director told us the my kid is not mentally prepared or matured and he is crying a lot and doesn't understand what we were talking and also said he was very anxious. However, my kid went there only for twice a week and he went there just for four days. He was dropped from the playschool in just four days and they didn't even wanted us to try my kid out for a month at least. We in fact requested them to increase from twice a week to four days week or at least thrice a week so that he has some continuity. They declined this too. Shouldn't they have given enough time for my kid to settle down? But they didn't given enough time for my kid to settle down and insisted on dropping my kid from the playschool just because he was crying. They should have in fact tried to instill some confidence to parents but they didn't. When they dropped my kid, I requested them to refund the registration fees at least. Why would someone want to pay the registration fees when they drop a kid in playschool in just four days. They said the registration fees can't be refunded as well. They are totally unprofessional and I felt very stressed out as a parent leaving my kid in this playschool. The main problem is that the school is understaffed and there is only one teacher for 10 students.

I am amazed at how much my kids have learned, since they started attending. Today's Learning Center provides a fun environment that is also educational. My kids love their teachers and Sima and Jessica (The Director and Assistant Director) have been wonderful resources. They are always there and open to discussing any questions I have. My son starts Kindergarten in September and I am going to really miss getting to do drop-offs and pick-ups where I get to know all of the kids, parents, and teachers. I read the other reviews and feel badly that they had negative experiences because I truly feel TLC is a great place to send your kids.

You drop all of your decorations off the night before so the staff can help you get a head-start on decorating before you even arrive. It's honestly very much needed, as you only have an hour to prepare. The staff makes sure everything runs so smoothly for the couple hours of party and eating time. The only thing that ticked me off during the experience was the handling of the party add-ons. They tried to pull a fast one on us with prices and "added fees" which are not displayed on their information documents. As a full-time working mom, I do wish that were options for free play on the weekends, but I do understand the reasoning for not.

My daughter enjoyed herself, and I felt safe with her there, even though at 5 she is not a strong swimmer. Not to mention staff were very sweet and accommodating. We had a blast!

We were initially fairly happy with lessons at Kids First. Our son made decent progress (despite some issues with constantly changing teachers and repetitive classes that don't focus on individual needs). There were a few times we thought about canceling, but he enjoyed swimming so much that we continued. When we eventually spoke to the manager about suspending/canceling our account in June 2024 because we were going away, she happily agreed citing 30 days notice and that she would process it for us on the spot. This is where our issues started. Unfortunately we trusted her word and having had lessons there for around 10 months, we had no reason not to. We have since found out that even though we haven't attended any lessons since July 15th (no one contacted us concerning the lack of attendance) they have continued to charge us. Not only is the lack of contact alarming, it clearly shows how little they actually care about the children. For almost 4 months they happily processed our payments without ever once wondering where our child was. So now, because we trusted the manager who either forgot (unlikely because we were stood right there as she said she was processing it), or decided she could get away with overcharging us, we are out hundreds of dollars. We will be opening a formal dispute with the CC company, but I wish Kids First would have just done the right thing. They have offered a credit towards family swims or future classes, but we aren't thrilled at the prospect of having to do business with them or trusting them with our child in any way after this experience. Unfortunately since this happened, I have looked closer at some of their negative reviews and can see that this isn't an isolated incident. Such a shame, because some of the staff and teachers were great. Just terrible business practices.

My daughter has been dancing at this studio for the past nine years, and absolutely loves it! My daughter was taking lessons for a few years before performing in their Cinderella production at the age of 7. My daughter was able to see how her lessons came together in an actual show, and the older girls performing with her really supported her. In addition, I have seen not only the teachers, but the older company girls really support, guide and mentor the younger generation of dancers. In my opinion, this comradery is something that can not be found everywhere. The studio has become a second home to my daughter, and the faculty there continue to nurture and support my daughter's love of dance. My daughter's goal is to become a professional dancer, and I have no doubt Dance by Dinote studio will get her there!

The whole area has rubber tire below, so falls are not near as bad. There is a small rock climbing wall, ropes, and a good variety of things to do. The only time you want to avoid the park is on really hot days midday. The playground isn't at all shaded, so it can get very hot. There is also a pavilion area right next to the playground that is nice for having lunch. There are bathrooms there as well. In the summer, the ice cream truck is almost always there, so either bring cash or prep your kids that you won't be getting ice cream. haha! The playground is suitable for all ages with toddler swings/harnesses on one side of the playground and teen/adult swings on the other side. There are 2 different setups right next to each other. One is for older children and the other is for the younger children. The younger setup is arranged like a ship. There are 2 slides attached and some activities. The 2nd setup has multiple slides with multiple levels. The only way to get up to level 3 is by ladder, but the 2 slides on that level are pretty fun. I would say the playground is more for ages 3+, but fun can still be had by all. There are fields all around for football, soccer, or any other sport you can think of. Parking for the playground is limited with about 15 spots, but you can park on the grass all around the playground.
