I have seen a positive difference in my granddaughter throughout the year with her self-esteem. We were able to have a complimentary try-out to see if our granddaughter would like it. In addition, Jersey All-Star Gymnastics (JAGS) usually have open-gym on Friday nights with qualified coaches on the floor. This is helpful too and the kids love it! The gym is very clean. They have been left with an uncomfortable situation and they have not been able to reach a mutual resolution." This is the result of what happens when a parent or parents stand up for their child and question the professionalism of a coach or director. I know for a fact that I am not the only parent that has encountered an issue with coach Brianna or Terry. Respect goes both ways. If no one speaks up and hold them accountable for their actions, this will continue to happen. Nyla is a loving, kind and respectful young lady, she will miss her teammates dearly, but this is a learning experience that will only make her stronger!! This has been the most unprofessional gym and staff we have ever encountered.

Keeping Ms. Jan as a teacher is the only way I could convince her to transition to the next class. I saw s/o wrote something negative about Ms. Jan not teaching their child cartwheels and handstands in a few months' time. That is insane! First, Ms. Jan works with the very little ones, and it is ridiculous to expect that after a few months, every 2, 3, or 4-year-old is going to be doing handstands and cartwheels!! And some kids are just not cut out to be doing cartwheels or handstands in only a few months' time, regardless of their age. Ms. Jan is not "elderly", either, as he had written. She just chose not to dye her hair as it started to turn. But that woman is a Powerhouse and the kids Love her--not some frail old woman--Ridiculous!!! That reviewer obviously had other issues and unloaded on her. Crazy!! My other four kids have taken both gymnastics and trampolines at Jets. They have advanced at different levels. The reason is that every child is different. Some are naturally better skilled than others, and for the child's safety, they don't move a child up before s/he's ready. I have one daughter who has really excelled. She has applied herself and has come MILES. She is an excellent gymnast, has learned to do all sorts of flips and turns, and is currently in Advanced. Jets has done wonders for her self-confidence, too. Meanwhile my older daughter is definitely not an athlete, and is still a beginner. Not a problem at all as I realize all kids are different and this is where she "fits". She has a larger frame, has a very cautious personality type, does not participate in any other sports, and hates gym class. So I am very grateful she has Jets to give her that push with some much-needed physical exercise that she otherwise would never get! It's actually the only "sport" she enjoys participating in! My boys have taken Trampolines from Mr. Tony and have learned so much. They are naturally more high-energy, and this has been an awesome outlet for them that they have loved! Everyone at the front has always been super nice and friendly. They are willing to switch classes around for me when we have a problem getting to one. They always answer my messages and have been nothing but accommodating. The prices at Jets are the best, too. They don't charge a "registration fee" and give many opportunities for make-ups when we miss a class. I have nothing but praise and thanks for Jets Gymnastics and all it has done for every single one of my kids. They all love it, are thriving, and are moving along at the appropriate rate for their who they are, as individuals. I really cannot say enough!!!

As I mentioned, we came here for my son's classmates birthday. Everyone had a great time! Since it was a party, it was fairly structured. We got there, as soon as people showed up, we went into the gym area. Kids had a great time running around in between structured activities. They loved slam the cheese, where they run into a triangular gym mat that they run into, top over, and it slams into the ground. They also had assisted summersaults, balance beams, and other gymnastics items. That is the extent that I know things lol! There were several other organized activities, the brought out 3 barrels of various balls and 5 hoops and let the kids go for it. They had this mat that blew up and that they jumped on, then used as an ever increasing obstacle course. Afterwards they did this bubble show where they had all the kids follow the bubbles to the party room where we proceeded to have some pizza and dessert. All in all my son had a great time! Staff was pretty friendly. I wish they had more direction and invited the parents in rather than having us stand at the window and everyone gradually going inside. It was awkward having us stand around inside while they were playing.... Other than that. Great place for super hyper active kids! Great place for a birthday!

Finally they addressed them (in the worst handwriting I've ever seen) and sent them. More than half of my guests never received one so I ended up having to mail my own. Balloons: they are supposed to be included as it says on your website and the owner, Mitchell, told me "Are you looking at the correct website? We haven't done balloons in 20 years." FYI, it still says it on the website. Website also says cups are included but I was told they are not. Birthday Girl T Shirt: never received. *Also my daughter was playing on one of the bars in the gym when it completely snapped. She could have been seriously injured. So she was hurt and sad the entire party. After weeks and weeks of asking Mitchell questions about the party and firming up details... He told me I could drop off decorations ahead of time and the room would be set up for me. I dropped them off on Friday (our party was Sunday) and the girl told me it would be set up Saturday evening. I asked Mitchell numerous times when I could come on Sunday to bring all of the other stuff. He said "ANYTIME! We're here all day!" Well that was a big fat lie. I showed up at 1 and the doors were locked, lights off, nothing set up. I called little gym 100x, texted and emailed. No response. I started searching for employees on Facebook to try to get a hold of someone! I had a melting cake and goody bags in my car along with all of the cold food and beverages we were serving. I waited for TWO HOURS before anyone showed up. The girls were very apologetic and not at fault as they were told to be there at 3. Why would they be there at 3 for a party that starts at 3:30??? Mitchell ASSURED me that they have a system for parties and they always run smoothly. What kind of party only takes 30 minutes to set up???? I was offered a $50 refund for this which is completely unacceptable. I had zero cold drinks for anyone to drink, the cake was ruined. That alone cost me over $200. And to top it off, Mitchell, the owner, NEVER EVEN REACHED OUT TO ME. I fully expected a phone call Monday morning. Terrible way to do business. I would never give this place another dime until Mitchell is out. The other employees are all wonderful.
