When we told them the information wasn't correct they said oh well it happens. They don't work with you at all. They said it doesn't matter of the model that the price is the same. John sold my friend a car. She has saved and saved to get this vehicle so she could have what she thought was reliable and safe transportation to work. She boutht the SUV Thrusday and immediately had issues with it. She took the vehicle to a mechanic who said the car was not safe to drive and needed 6500 in repairs. She got a second oppinion of the car and this diagnostic was verified. When we called to ask John to please make it right because she doesn't have the immediate funds to fix the car, he said "not my problem," the car was checked by our mechanic. We bought a 2004 Volvo from this dealership, they claimed it had no issues and had been in no accidents and it was a completely fine car. We spent 10,000 dollars after buying it from the dealership for various problems that occurred in a few days after buying it. Essentially, they sold us a lemon - and according to some reviews we didn't see before, they do this all the time. They wouldn't even attempt to assist us after buying the car from them - even if it was a few days after buying it. For some reason, my review disappeared after they responded. They say that we bought it for 2,999. Incorrect. They charged us almost 5,000 according to the paperwork we have. We DID contact them after the car was deemed a lemon. purchased a vehicle last month for my 16 yr old son and 10 minutes after we left the lot the car overheated. i called the dealer the gentleman answer rudely telling me they dont have mechanics and i purchased the car as is. Buyer Beware! Pinellas Auto Brokers sold me a lemon. I bought a vehicle a month ago from them for $5000. I've had the car for a month now and I have had to repair 3 tires, gaskets, oil leaks, coils, towing & more totaling over $2000. There is still more to be fixed but the last mechanic I took the vehicle to said that there was too much rust on the underneath that he was too scared to lift it in fear of the vehicle cracking in half. I called to see if there was anything they would do to rectify the situation, and was talked down to - told that I bought the car as is and there was nothing they would do about it. I feel I was treated poorly, and lied to by the information they failed to disclose. I would not recommend dealing with this company if you are looking for a vehicle. Sold me a lemon! The car didn't have a cap for the coolant at the bottom so it leaked out. It was filled with CLAY. Apparently it keeps it from leaking for a bit. Lights worked at the lot. Went out on the way home. I noticed it looked like the front end was submerged in water. Had to replace all electrical up front. Learned the gas gauge didn't work either when i went to school the next day. That was gonna be too expensive for me to fix right away so I had to worry about running out of gas. Tires started cracking and shredding. Had to get all new tires. Not to mention a huge oil leak. My starter and alternator blew out in less than a couple months. The first rain storm, I found out it had a leak somewhere underneath the hood and there would be a PUDDLE on the front passenger floor. Tried to resolve the situation but they basically said "screw off, too late now" I was 17 at the time. Very young and dumb. Never buy anything from them ever. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE EVER BUYING A CAR FROM HERE. I bought a Cadillac CTS from these guys 5 DAYS AGO to find out after 3 days of it sitting in the shop that it has a bad transmission. My son bought a car from this dealership yesterday. His salesman, John, knowingly sold him a car with a cracked fuel pump. As soon as he drove it home, there was a puddle of fluid. It cost $800 to repair the car. The mechanic says he is lucky because a spark could have ignited a fire. "Fuel leaks are the most common cause of automobile fires". The vehicle we purchased there was fine during test drive. I said I would purchase only if they would fix the A/C. I never received a phone call regarding that and they never fixed it. The transmission went out less than 2 weeks after I bought it. Now it's just sitting in my yard. We found out sawdust was put in the transmission, so it covered up the issues. Cracked windshields, flat tires, wire clothing hangers and duct tape seem to be the norm at Pinellas Auto Brokers! Oh and I forgot the mulch! It looks more like a pick your part salvage yard! I will admit that they clean the cars very well to stage in photos, but why even shine up flat tires with gaping dry rot cracks and punctures! Look closely enough at the pictures and you will see the stereos are usually missing... Also you'll notice the mileage posted in ads is "N/A", umm' I think the odometers should work on at least a few vehicles... I swear some of the cars there were involved in a few sharknadoes, because the drivers seats looked to be bitten in half with springs exposed and stuffing all over the place... I really hope life has treated people fair enough, that they will never have to find themselves on this ruin of a car lot... Just call Uber, ride the bus, or carpool so you can save enough money to shop elsewhere... The sold advertised and sold a FWD vehicle as a AWD, making misrepresentations on their website and during the sale. Then, they never returned a call. Most of their cars are purchased at auctions. However, when you ask for the spare set of keys, they will tell you that the owner turned the car in recently and may bring back the second set of keys in the coming days!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! This car lot is a scam. They said they wanted a low down payment of $299 as advertised on the window of the car, but when I wanted to get the car they wanted $600 down. I got the car and put down $500 and they deferred the other $100 till the following Fri. When that Fri came they wanted there money and I reminded the guy in charge Brian that I only get paid every 2 weeks and that the car had a bad ball joint and bad breaks. He assured me that I could bring the car in for repairs and that I could pay the $100 on my payday b/c I get paid every two weeks. Well 3 days before my payday i go to leave work and the car was repoed. They kept hanging up on me when I tried to call and Brian the guy in charge would never even speak to me on the phone. They told me to bring in the key and get my stuff back or pay $575 to get the car pack. I only had the car a week and 1/2. I not only lost $500 that I put down on the car but they also stole $4.00 in change, my sun glasses, 2 beach towels and a bag of tools that I had in the car.
