Friendly staff who helped us with getting our lane and then served us drinks and snacks while we bowled. Excited to go back to the speakeasy I've been hearing about!! You can also find duckpin bowling and arcade room that looked intriguing to the kids in me and I've heard that the chef whips up amazing food! I loooove that pinheads took over this bowling alley. It was always nice to be ducked off because they never carried a crowd before (I can't remember the previous name). BUT NOW, there's a full bar, suite life reservations upstairs, live music on the patio on Fridays while the weather permits, full service restaurant, arcade with well stocked gift shop, etc. talk about a makeover! My only issue was the servers are all younger (I would assume inexperienced with fast paced environments) so service was extremely slow but when I issued a complaint about our pizza never having come out, the server was apologetic & immediately had the manager comp it and come to apologize on behalf of the kitchen staff. Thats all people want when there's a somewhat negative experience, take accountability! So good job Pinheads & thanks for making my little cousins birthday party so enjoyable. *** I will be returning with just adults and partaking in more cocktails (my sweet & spicy was so good) and perhaps the Friday night live music on the patio before it gets too cold. We had a catered holiday team party here, a few of my coworkers are from the area and remember the old bowling alley - they all agreed Pinheads is a great upgrade! We had the private upstairs bowling alley, our host, Alanna was so kind and took great care of us during our visit! The food and our drinks were delicious - I'm still thinking about their salsa, it tasted so fresh! The bowling alley in itself is huge, with an arcade, bar/restaurant, darts and the upstairs event space, including a more private bar/speakeasy! A nice little place for you to have fun. They have bowling on one side and small arcade for kids on the other side. I was with my kid in the arcade space which we enjoyed and had fun. The entire arcade does not take more than 45-60 minutes to have fun but it's fun. It you are looking for some local winter fun, this is a great place. The bowling lanes are available for kids too. You can also reserve them in advance - I saw this option on the website but haven't tried personally myself. read more

I came here during the day with my Coworkers for a team outing of duckpin bowling this past Monday. The place is really nice the only "complaint" I had was the temperature inside but to be fair it was one of our colder winter days. This was my first time duckpin bowling and it was fun. We took too long on our first game so the game shut down when I was making my comeback I got the bourbon bacon burger and fries for lunch. It was really good. Next time I'd get a side of bbq sauce. We checked out the arcade, I watched while they played. I probably would have played if I had more time. Im planning my next outing with friends already. read more

Nice updates, love the balls all in one spot and color coordinated by weights. Gets busy you can reserve a lane ahead of time but it's costly. $70 for a Friday or Saturday and $40 for a Sunday. Staff was friendly although it was difficult to get a drink at the bar,Staff was slow to get to you. I recommend either a waitress or a QR code to order from while bowling, it's difficult to stand in line for 1 beer for 10 min when you pay by the hour for bowling. Pinheads in Brownsburg is an awesome addition!! The space is large and has bowling, duck pin bowling, a bar/restaurant, & an arcade! We stopped in to grab a bite of food because we heard the pizza was fantastic!! My mouth watered as each pizza that had been ordered was delivered around us! The pizza did not disappoint! Bowling was good but the service was pretty terrible. We came on a Monday during their advertised happy hour (3 PM - 5 PM). This meant half price lanes, arcade, food, and drinks which we were excited about. The bowling access was quick, but man the service was painfully slow. It took 40+ minutes for chicken fingers and french fries to be delivered to our table. The order was wrong and missing a sauce which took an additional 15 minutes to arrive to the table. By this point happy hour had ended, and it wasn't even busy. I did ask for to-go boxes which went another 20 minutes and I finally decided to forget it and just head out because our kids were tired of waiting. If you go, don't go for the food! Bowling was fun and the area was nicely renovated compared to previously but the service side could use some work! read more

Took the kiddo bowling for mommy on Sunday and we had a blast. Because it was spring break there wasn't a lot of people and it was also pretty late at night so pretty empty but great customer service they were so accommodating. My son said the pepperoni personal pizza was fantastic and we like to lemonade as well. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere I really like what they have done with the makeover. Be for warned before going that it is usually Packed and busy rightfully so! So take some patience. They even have like a speakeasy bar that I have yet to try out, but it looks so fun and the outdoor area chefs kiss. SO much fun to be had here! There are plenty of lanes that are well spaced out with large farm tables at the end of each lane so that you can eat, celebrate or party while you bowl. I appreciate the fact that everything is digital such as being able to take selfies at the bowling registration board, and requesting bumpers for the not so experienced bowlers! The arcade is ridiculous!!! Somewhat casino like with bright lights everywhere and very unique and colorful games with fun to be had by everyone of all ages! This bowling alley is fully open and amazing. What a dramatic difference from Brownsburg Bowl. Everything is brand new. The food is good and service is on point. Nicholas our server got our food to us fast and hot. This place is the best recreation addition to brownsburg. I know it just opened however they make sure you are taken care of and happy. Food and atmosphere are great. Wait staff needs to do a better job tending to the bowlers who are eating and drinking. Waiter never came to our lane. I went to the bar to order myself. Food came out wrong. They corrected it and brought what I ordered, with 8 minutes left in my lane. Upon time out, we were asked to move to accommodate another reservation. My boyfriend and I came out for a little bowling date here, and at first thiught the place was really nice, but it was too expensive because-- our lane kept malfunctioning and we spent more time resetting the pins and waiting on it to unfreeze than we did bowling, they only added 5 minutes of time for the inconvenience. Also, we didn't come for dinner or spend any extra money and we felt like that's why they ran us out of there.... before our game was even over, they had people come wait at our table for us to finish, which made it feel rushed and like we were being kicked out because we weren't spending a bunch of money.
