I really like this place! They offer many food options, which is definitely a bonus for my family. All of us usually want something different to eat - American, Mexican, Asian, etc - and this place offers all. I usually get the Dragonfire Chicken Bowl from Fork & Fire. It's spicy, but I loooove it. The beer wall is fun, and there are tons of options - even a few cocktails. However, I've been here a few times, and each time, there seems to be something wrong. Either the entire wall isn't working, certain taps aren't a working, or lots of taps are out of beer. They're still relatively new though, so I'm sure they're still working out some kinks! The building itself is huge. There's also a ton of outdoor seating, where dogs are allowed. The upstairs outdoor area even has a bar and a 21+ area. We usually head up there because this place is typically teeming with young children. There's nothing wrong with that, but whew - they can be loud & busy. I will say that the parking lot is way too small. I don't know who designed that, but it really, really needs to be reconsidered. That's my main complaint. This is definitely a cool spot to hang out with friends, especially if there are sports games or watch parties happening. It's very open with lots of space and a variety of food options. I really like that you order your food from each restaurants kiosk. There's a back wall with a wide assortment of beers on tap, which makes it fun to pour and sample different beers if you want. There's even a sand volleyball court here! It feels a little random, but I think I like the concept. The parking lot here is a plus! read more

We visited Westfield Collective for the first time on a Thursday evening. The parking wasn't an issue at 6p but there wasn't parking available at 7p. The staff was friendly and greeted us as we entered. The process to pick up a drink card at the front counter and order food at the kiosk were both pretty easy. The food options were good and similar to a food court for pricing. We order tacos, chips/queso, and churros ($35) which were all good. We also ordered a chicken wrap w/jalapeño ranch ($16) which was pretty good too. Definitely a prime spot for parents and kids. The TV's and variety of seating options are ideal. Great addition to the Westfield area. read more

This place... kinda sucks. Food is crazy expensive and below average quality. I guess the charm is that you can pour your own beer? But spend a crazy amount doing so? Way too many kids here, couldn't tell if this was a day care or a place to grab a beer with friends. I don't recommend this place. Sub par food and high prices. We will not be back read more

Wow! Just wow! A great concept and layoutsssss. This place is a one stop shop. The scoop it is next to and connected to an Indoor beach volleyball setup. Then right outside is an Outdoor setup. I'm here for it. My first day, I tried Fork and Knife 10/10! The flavors they are putting out up in here! It's going to be a Yes every time. Next, I tried a cocktail from the bar on the main floor to the left side (there are multiple). A Cucumber Collins it was decent. My second day lol 4/25/26- today! I just order a carnita taco and a side of guacamole with chips. From R&B They both were good but my taco was soggy so i think I'd try nachos or something else next time. Love the space and just all the options. Oh also they have a whole pour spouts system with beer and cocktails. Very cool!!!! Well I can't wait to plan my next trip! Probably tomorrow! This place does get busy with kids i'm sure on certain days so just keep that in mind! read more

Westfield collective has a beautifully designed space. It satisfies the needs of those who are hungry and thirsty as well as those who want to watch a game or play volleyball. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, drinks, and the ice cream. My favorite part was the self serve beer wall. The space is really nice. It's very open and there's lots of space. There's a number of different choices for food. We opted for Fork and Fire Bowla and I got a bowl and added chicken. There are kiosks for you to place your order. There was not an option for me tk ask for a water cup so I asked a staff member who kindly gave me a water cup. There's TVs to watch games on. I went to the bathroom and saw a hallway of sinks. When I went to the bathroom, I realized there were no sinks in the bathroom. It was a little strange to me for both women and men to be next to one another washing hands. My Mediterranean salad was decent. I would go back to try some of the other restaurants. read more

We need more places like Westfield Collective in Indy. I LOVE this concept it's giving chicago vibes to me, iykyk. Set your expectations before you go, the food court is not as big and does not have as many options as The Garage downtown Indy. However, they do cover a good variety of food options - sandwiches, pizza, pasta, ice cream, etc. Seating options- they have bars, tables and just a few booths. I'd love to go back and sit at the dog printed booth - but something tells me they'll always be taken! I tried Zaria Pizzeria - it was delicious! I will be back again for it. Enjoy!! read more

The Westfield Collection had a great atmosphere. We went on a Friday night and it was not overly busy. I loved their alcohol walls. They had a great selection of beer, wine and fruity mixed drinks. The number of ounces you drink is the price you pay at the end. We went during happy hour and prices were good. There is one wall downstairs and one upstairs. They had live music playing upstairs. There is a 21 and over section upstairs. There are full service bars with barstools upstairs and downstairs. A lot of food options, although we did not eat. We'll go back for sure! read more

The outside seating is nice. Decent food court level food. What is irritating is you order your food via a kiosk or online. You pick up your own food. You pour your own drinks. You bus your own table but you are required to tip 20% as default with the minimum of 18% before you can place your order. For two people, that was $10 just for throwing your food in the fryer. On a busy day, they are making huge money just standing around regardless if they are hustling or not. This is just a way for the management to bypass paying social security, paying their employees less and more money for the owners. Watching them work, they were pretty lackadaisical and a lot talking for making huge tips. They were not busy but it still took almost 20 minutes to get our order. It was not like they had to wait on servers to take orders, bring food, take care of bills, etc. If you order a soft drink, you don't get your cups till your food is ready so you are standing around the whole time thirsty. I do like the handwashing sinks outside the restrooms. Bike parking from what we found was 5 slots. For a place along the Monon, that is not enough. Portillos has about 20. They will probably do very well with all of the sports teams and if you are paying a lot of money for travel league and you have your kid picking up the food, probably don't care you are getting gouged. There are a lot of options for food in Westfield. You can have a sit down meal for about the same price as the food court and they will serve you and you can tip them nicely for making your experience more pleasant or you can get fast food and not pay 18-25% more. With that said, I still tip fast food but forcing an inflated amount is a bad practice. read more

The food is absolutely terrible. We ordered several different things from various vendors. Not joking- everything we ordered was below average. We threw our pizza away it was so bad. The tacos were edible but barely. And they were ice cold for some reason. Probably a good spot for beers and to get out of the house but if you're taking your family "out to eat" and thinking this place in stead of a restaurant be warned. It's a joke. read more

This place is big and beautiful! A great spot to hang with the team between games at Grand Park. However, if you're thinking this is a cool collection of small, independent, culturally diverse restaurants, you will be disappointed. This is a glorified food court. The "individual restaurants" in the food court are all made by the same franchise and the food is a 3/5. The pour your own beer wall is cool! With a good local variety. The place is very clean and they have lots of space to hang with friends both inside and out. And they have huge TVs to watch sports. For a modern Food Court, it's pretty cool. read more

I think this place has a lot of potential. It is a cool space. Food and drinks are good. But I've been disappointed by the ambiance. Both times I've been things have been a bit of a mess (tables that aren't wiped down, cushions all over the place on the outdoor couches, a leaking ceiling, etc.). If they invest in staff and train them how to clean properly (and do so throughout the day) this can easily be improved. read more

This is the best place to watch games! There are so many screens and comfortable seating. The main screen is the largest that I've seen!

Food is cold! Management is Rude! There is no parking! 21 year old bartenders have to google every single drink they make!

Not my cup of tea. The concept sounds cool but it was tremendously unorganized and understaffed. It is an accommodating location for families. With that being said, I felt like parents let the kids roam without supervision. I get it's a bar-ish setting and parents want to relax but it was a bit overwhelming having to dodge running kiddos, in an enclosed area. The food options are too bar like. The cocktails were made with cheap sugary pre-mixers. Maybe it's the beginning whoas and they were just working with the bare minimum. I'll be honest the review is based on their first two weeks being open. Therefore, I'm willing to give them another try. Maybe the second go will have all the wrinkles ironed out by then. read more

Really cool concept & atmosphere with a few restaurants and a self-serve beer wall. The space is fun, modern, and great for groups since everyone can choose something different. We ate at Fork & Fire and the food was below average for the price and the gentleman working there was overwhelmed. I had to take my chicken bowl back once because the seasoning was so hot. He told me it would make another bowl but it would take 10 minutes. After waiting over 20 minutes I checked in with him and my food wasn't ready and when I finally got my order it was completely wrong. The place is worth checking out for the experience and drinks, but I'd lower my expectations for the food. read more

Do not come for a sporting event, cus the staff doesn't care about fans. Came just for the NFL draft and was standing at the bar waiting for the Dallas Cowboys pick at 23 and talked to the bartender directly how I was just waiting for that pick. They proceed to wait until the pick was in for Dallas turn off all TVs and say "have a nice night" right before it's announced. This also came after my girlfriend requested a TV just showing ESPN replays and not the draft to be changed to a specific hockey game and they refused. Horrible service and beyond egregious lack of care for its patrons. read more
