Lady today was a bit annoying to say the least, very expensive place and she just kept talking, trying to show denim. It was my first time here and I could not have asked for a better experience! I make it a point to shop small and local businesses as much as possible, and Pink Arrows has definitely made my list of go-to boutiques! I came in just to browse and not really looking for anything in particular. But after finding a whole bunch of Agolde jeans in my size, I headed straight to the fitting room where Michelle helped me out. She even picked out a few suggestions similar to the jeans I had already picked out. She is absolutely amazing! Great service and she does it with a smile. You can definitely tell the ladies who work here enjoy their job! This shop has a great selection of clothing, and they're a haven for all kinds of denim! They're denim wall is unmatched, and they carry various brands including Agolde, Joe's, Free People, and more. All that considered, their prices are generally on the higher end. Even so, I think the quality of the items you're getting and the cost per wear end up making shopping here worth it. I was never told that her items were not returnable within a week. I drove back 100 miles to return a top. I did not need. The week before we spent over $400 and she would not return this top. The clothes are super cute and the sales people are nice, able to put together outfits for you, but BUYER BEWARE! All sale items are "all sales final" and no exchanges. I bought a jacket that was $142 (on sale). I didn't care for it when I got it home and tried to return/exchange it 6 days later (tags still on, never worn had the receipt). The woman behind the counter told me no and was not very helpful. I asked where the sign was and there is a little sign by the cash register in small print stating this. She also told me "It's on the receipt." I'm thinking "How is this helpful if it's on the receipt? I've already purchased it so it's a little late." Also - if you take the tags off for whatever reason you cannot exchange or return either (even if not on sale). I emailed the owner to see if I could even exchange the jacket - no reply. So sad and I'm not sure I can offer them my business anymore. If you want to keep local customers I would expect better customer service, especially for expensive items. It would be better if the salesperson would say something about "all sales final" or at least be very obvious. Sigh. read more

I am a jean-a-holic and having Pink Arrow in my town is my heaven. I am forever insta-stalking them to see what is new in the store. And when I first shopped there I had just had a baby and not too sure about my new body and what would fit or look good. Nicole (owner) and her team are some of the friendliest, most welcoming, down to earth folks you'll meet in Benicia, and shopping there feels like you're hanging out with your girls. I often hear people complain about the higher price point, but if you are a Nordy's shopper (it me), you'll recognize the brands in Pink Arrows and appreciate the thoughtfully curated items. The quality of the items is legit, I have had some pieces for years now and they have held up great. I have been in this shop several times and have had only one good shopping experience. I thought I would check it out one more time since they were having a re-grand opening. I was trying on a couple of items and it was taking me longer than I anticipated. There are only two dressing rooms in the store. As I was almost finished finally getting dressed. I could hear one of the sales girls or the owner saying to another person in the store "Well she took her personal time". First that's just rude to say around other customers and secondly I could hear them. I had tried on two pairs of very expensive leggings. Love Pink Arrows and Nicole. I've shopped with Nicole since she was running her biz out of her little studio in her home. My favorite thing to do was book a personal shopping appt with her on a Friday morning with a girlfriend. She would thoughtfully take us through fits and styles, never any pressure and always so sweet.
