The lady at the counter was very friendly, welcoming and informed me that I could try in as many things as I liked in the curtained dressing room in the back. This was the only downside. The dressing room is a small storage room with a very little turn radius. I had to ask my husband to hold the curtain closed as I dressed and undressed because it did not close fully and I felt exposed. I was a regular customer at Pink Arrow until I purchased a pair of boots from Nicole last summer. She explicitly told me they were waterproof. I didn't wear them until March when I visited a friend in Idaho. The snow was melting while we were out, and the boots failed completely-- now the toes are permanently stained. When I emailed Nicole to share what happened, it took her a full month to reply, only to tell me that because it had been close to a year since purchase, she couldn't do anything for me. I offered to show her the boots so she could see from the pristine soles that they had only been worn that single day. As a small business owner myself, I know there were many ways she could have handled this to make it right. At the end of the day, an owner should stand behind their products and stand 100% behind their word. I will only spend my money at businesses that truly value and care about their customers.
