I bought three albums from this store very excited to open them just for one of the albums (taste of love) to be falling apart and broken at the top. And I understand all sales are final but I could've at least gotten a replacement for THEIR broken merchandise. It's not as if they're making the albums by hand, they're just buying them and reselling it. So there's no reason as to why I shouldn't be able to get a replacement for a broken album they sold to me. And i understand it's open but I had just bought the album like 20 minutes ago and opened it outside the store with my friends and we saw that it was broken. So it wasn't as if I waited for days, weeks, months, it wasn't even an hour it was just a few minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous that I should be left with broken merchandise for their mistakes all because of a stupid unfair policy. I was happy to find a kpop store at first but after realizing I could've gotten better treatment from target and Amazon (and better prices) I realize it was a waste of time and money. For corporations to respect customers more and actually offer refunds, this store is just pointless. You would be better off buying from Amazon, target, and Etsy (which is probably what they did to get the items in the store and just resell it). I'm disappointed and annoyed, my album is damaged, the manager (or whoever she was with the two ponytails) gave me attitude for asking for a replacement as if I was being absurd when the album is obviously broken. I understand customers are hard to deal with and give workers a hard time but when your merchandise is clearly damaged it's hard to feel bad. I understand now why a lady earlier was upset and said she never wanted to go there again. This store has poor customer service, poor stocking, and poor conditions of their merchandise (and yes I am copy and pasting this review here just in case they try to delete my review from google) Edit: it gets better, the between1&2 album is literally missing this little envelope thing filled with extra photocards, it's just not here. And Ik the staff can reopen and close the albums cuz they had to give me the poster separately from the album and my friend couldn't even get a poster that comes with the album cuz they said they sold it which I almost forgot that happen but looking back that's even more ridiculous cuz none of the posters are meant to be taken out the album until the customer buys it and takes it out themselves. So the works go through these albums and take stuff and damage them this place is awful and I will make this an extra review because I'm aware of how long this is. read more

Horrible Store! The staff isn't much of a staff at all! They take the additional merchandise out of the albums that are included with your purchase and re-sells them at an additional cost! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS STORE! It is not worth the efforts. You are better off ordering your stuff from Target or any other official merchandiser! They blame the merchandise being shipped from Korea as the reason the boxes are damaged and merchandise is missing! They are so Incompetent that they cannot determine if an item should not be on the shelf - and have the NERVE to mark it as Final Sale (no exchanges even if damaged)! TOTAL RIPOFF SCAM ARTISTS!!! I used to go to the Carrollton location often whenever I'm eating around there, but this location is so much closer to my parent's house whenever I'm home from university. Located on the first floor in Stonebriar right next to Macy's, the store is bright, clean, modern, and much nicer than the Carrollton location (slightly larger as well). The Kpop Playlist they have playing in store is and they also include songs from 2nd Gen too. They sell all things kpop from posters, to albums, lightsticks, stickers, books clothes, and so forth. They also sell jewelry, plushies (especially Line Friends and BT21), backpacks, Squid Game merchandise, and anime stuff. The workers are kind and knowledgeable. One of them even showed me around the store to explain where everything was located. My girlfriend is a huge BTS and Blackpink fan so I was able to get her a few merch from them. I even got a BT21 headrest for our flight back to New York once Winter Break is over. Overall I can't recommend this place enough. My wallet might hate it, but I absolutely adore Pink Box. There are so much more options and it's larger compared to other kpop and anime stores. Plus you get to shop around the mall when you're done too. read more

I love this place I'm so happy it opened them in the mall I've been coming ever since it's opened one thing I was confused about those I thought it was gonna be a line store by the advertisement before it opened up on the wall but then it ended up being a pink box. I saw some confusion on Twitter too and the store actually opened. I know they do sell some line things in the store though. Whenever my usual store that's closer to my home runs out of things I always come here and I love how they have everything new and such a big variety of K-pop albums. As for the workers it's kind of half and half for me some of them are really sweet some of them kind of make me feel awkward because they're so quiet. Whoever has problems with heat though make sure to be careful the store was incredibly hot when I walked in I did hear that a couple places in the mall had broken ACs during the summer though so maybe that's why just make sure to bring a little hand fan. read more
