I really like this brand clothing because of the design and all that. The price is pretty steep for clothes that dont last long. So you gotta make sure you take really good care of it. I usually buy my PD clothes online and drop by the shop when im in town. Employees are alright. As long as they greet me and help me im good. The shop doesn't have much options compared to online. But isn't it like that with a lot of stored now? read more

Pink+Dolphin Clothing - Accessories Near Me - Los Angeles, California

See all

I found myself here after asking my son what he wanted for his birthday. I seriously, thought he meant a dolphin that was pink - after pondering how I'd go about securing that, a ride on my unicorn to fantasyland... I Googled them to find it's an actual clothing line. I may have been the most uncool person that's ever come through their doors on Fairfax but I'll have you know I'm a super cool Mom who just got carded for a video game (for him of course) at Best Buy last night so I made my way here this afternoon since they are in close proximity to my office and picked up somethin' for my little human. I called last night to ask if they had items from their new holiday collection and described what I was looking for before taking the time to stop in versus ordering online and waiting for shipping to a zip code a couple cities away. Their customer service is great. I even spotted a billboard on Sunset on my drive over. Metered street parking out front and if you're a fan of Canter's they're right across the street! If Supreme and Diamond mean anything to you, they are around too. I thought I'd be super cool Mom if I had waited in the long line across the street and come home with Supreme goods but what the heck do I know about this stuff, other than my little human likes it. I'll leave it to my imagination to figure out if they intentionally leased this address... read more

Drove from 40 minutes away. Closed at least 10 minutes early. Even called at 6:53 pm with their set closing time being 7:00, they picked up and said they just closed up. Lazy employees, If other employees, at other companies did this they would get fired Screw this place. read more

Can't go wrong with Pink+ Dolphin. Their apparel and accessories are always really striking in their bold, colorful designs, and the gear in stock when I stopped by was by no means an exception. I saw awesome tees, tanks, jerseys, shorts, and hats with stylistic variety such that anyone could rock them. The trademark Pink+ Dolphin logo adorned some of it, but they also had some other really great concept ideas that would make any streetwear enthusiast proud. As with most boutiques, the pieces on display are minimal--but remember that they have their inventory in back. The overall feel of this place is very modern and aesthetically pleasing, and they truly know color theory with their fixings on various shades of blue hit with the occasional pink. The employees are all really hip and all decked out in their Dolphin wear, and as with my experience with most of these kind of streetwear places, you kind of have to talk to them before they talk to you. Once you do, though, they're charismatic, helpful, and passionate about the product. The whole reason I came here was to buy a sticker for my car, so I went up to the cashier and asked how much they were. To my surprise, he told me they were free! He then asked which one I wanted, and then he just handed me it. I was absolutely floored, since pretty much every other place I've been to charges at least $5 for stickers. I was definitely surprised, and it made the whole experience even better. I can't speak more highly of this place in an already solid cultural experience that is Fairfax Avenue. read more

As far as hip, streetwear goes, Pink Dolphin is highly underrated in my opinion. Their products are always on point with bold and distinct designs. I somewhat appreciate the fact that they too hyped up though, because they have exceptional service. The store is modern with warm neons, usually low lighting, and dope music always playing. Most of the items on the racks/shelves are just for display. You can ask an employee about their inventory in the back for more sizing options. What really separates Pink Dolphin from other streetwear and clothing shops in the area is the great service. The employees are really willing to help you out and are always sporting some of their latest drops. While I'm a fan of this spot, it's not for everyone. They have a very disting aesthetic that will work for some and not for others, but it always makes a statement. I think the shop is definitely worth a visit if you're looking to freshen up your look. read more

I tried returning poorly made goggles, which were purchased for a Christmas gift on 11/29. They do NOT allow any returns after 14 days! What a rip off! I am never purchasing another gift from these scammers read more

Ordered an online gift card as a gift for Christmas on December 14th. Have yet to receive it. Have sent multiple emails have gotten zero response. They dont have a contact phone number. I ordered a lanyard at the same time and received that within 3 days. Thats the only reason I gave it 1 star. read more

I have a flight to visit my hometown tomorrow, and I wanted to surprise my brother with some things he had suggested last minute that he wanted. Drove all the way here to find that they closed at least 10 minutes early. $500 burning in my pocket. Opportunity loss. read more

A little pricy, but that comes with the exclusivity of the product. Awesome quality apparel, and great customer service. I might be a bit partial because the creator of the company is from the same town as me and I know his family, but I can honestly say I have become a big fan. Even though one of the shirts I purchased had a factory defect, the customer support allowed me to send it in and get a replacement. The designs are always unique, and I love wearing my new Camou shorts from the Summer 13 line. Definitely a must visit if you're in LA read more

So finally I ventured inside famous the Pink Dolphin store in Fairfax during my little shopping spree. Well when it comes to design this place comes close to the top contenders. I think at this point I was excited to finally be here that I did not know what to purchase, but, now I was really looking forward to emptying my wallet and let my Credit Card go crazy. (If you know what I mean.) There was so much graphic Pink Dolphin to choose from and the staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed this time and I recommend anyone who is in the are to pass by and shop. You wont regret it! If you do not get a chance to go to the store and you are a fan of Pink Dolphin you can also purchase clothing from https://www.dtlr.com/brand/pink-dolphin.html they also have a big selection of Pink Dolphin. Hope this helps. read more

NIce looking t-shirts but they don't hold up. We have purchased over $500 worth of merchandise for our son and after 2 wearing (5 weeks old) one of the t-shirts tore in the back. When I brought it to their attention they said they have a no return policy and that all sales are final. Too bad they don;t stand behind their $35 t-shirts. read more

the store was really cool, I came to fairfax for supreme, diamond, the hundreds etc and did not expect to see a pink dolphin store, They had a large selection, lot of the stuff are store exclusive, and you will not find em online. It's a little pricey but it is what it is. Other than that I love the store read more

Didn't stay for long, there wasn't much to choose from. They had a small selection, not surprising since most hype stores in fair fax does except diamond. The customer service was ehh, they didn't really greet us or anything or acknowledge that we were in the store. We only stayed for about 5 minutes though haha. read more

I'm going to straight away say the only draw back for me in this store: the display shirts that are out don't have price tags on them. Perhaps it's purposely not shown to make the shirts look cleaner on display, but sometimes it' a hassle if the staff are busy, and you just want to know the price of a sweatshirt. That's it, though. Apart from that, Pink Dolphin had the nicest staff and most comfortable atmosphere. Where some people might think the entrance is a bad design, I think it adds to the feel of exclusivity and uniqueness (for those who haven't been, the door will not budge from the outside if you are not buzzed in by the staff). The outside of the store had an extremely professional look - vibrant sign, clean windows, and the store was void of any damage. The inside of the store was only better - good lighting, simple yet classy interior design, and many selections. Don't let the small size of the store with only a couple racks of clothing turn you off - each article of clothing on the rack is a different display article. The customer service was very friendly! A lot of the other nearby stores' staffs seem stoic and uninterested in the customers. However, the staff at Pink Dolphin took time to talk to me and my friend, joked around, and was overall pretty friendly. I feel like the other stores try to put on a hard front which makes the customers feel uneasy at times. I bought a hoodie, snapback, and belt, all of which look as fresh as can get. read more

This place is cool if you're into that trendy culture. The store is well organized and clean the only thing is that the brand only creates a certain amount of clothing per item and so being said you need to be on top of their season drops. read more

I love your winter clothes. Awesome colors. Great quality!!!!

Confused how this store stays in business, they are "sold out" of everything even though they have them on display. The sales people wouldn't get off heir game boy to help me let alone look up. On top of it they didn't know prices of anything or their own return policy. (Which is no returns). Was really excited to get a bunch of gifts from here but was quickly made so uncomfortable and unwelcomed that I just left without anything. read more

Incredibly disappointed Drove all the way from SD to come shop here only to find out they are only open very few hrs!!! Why not close at 9pm.??!! Didn't have a chance to see anything or buy anything Terrible business hours!!!!! P.s. we got there by 7:20pm read more

Brought my lil bro who was visiting from out of state. He liked it. He thought however the options were limited. The sales guy in charge was corny tho lol. He only came over to help my little brother when I mentioned out loud that I would be giving Diamond supply their Yelp review. read more

The best spot on Fairfax imo. Great customer service and great gear. They take pride in their customer service and thats cool. Occasionally there'll be workers who dont talk to you off the bat but they open up once you start talking to them. Would be nice to get hello's once you enter, and sometimes you do! This place far surpasses the other shops here in terms of service. I met Nate, a worker here. He was super friendly and always keepin a good lookout for customers. I hear he got transferred to their HQ. Good for him if hes making the money, but no worker here will ever match his service. Gear is spot on and im always on the lookout for their drops! Clean and elegant spot. The best. read more

I went there to get a gift for my nephew's high school graduation and the staff at Pink Dolphin hooked me up! I'm a DJ so I was familiar with the brand but I didn't know what to pick or what sizes to get. I went to SEVERAL stores on Fairfax looking to get something unique, trendy but more importantly something from LA. Most of the staff at the other stores either blew me off or didn't understand that where I'm from (Wisconsin) kids only get to see the clothes on Fairfax on TV, online and if you're REALLY lucky maybe the thrift store. Rellz and Kevin took the time to help me find the perfect gift. I felt like I got the red carpet treatment. My nephew LOVED it and honestly seemed super excited just to have a shopping bag and stickers from the Pink Dolphin Store! I'll definitely shop there again BUT ONLY because of the excellent customer service. Well done! read more

I had a terrible experience with Pink & Dolphin Clothing. I ordered over $300 dollars in clothing for my son in size 3X and when the clothes arrived they were so small they fit my youngest son who wears a men's size medium/large. I contacted the company and requested a refund. They responded that they don't do refunds only exchanges so I requested an exchange of the clothing for a size X-large. They never responded. I then contacted them two more times and still no response. Terrible customer service!!! read more

The brand makes very nice clothing but the support is absolutely abysmal. I ordered a black varsity jacket on a Friday morning and received an email on Monday that there was a "glitch in the system" and they were actually sold out in my size. This company does not reproduce any sizes or anything, it's all limited. That's something I like, however I had to deal with getting the jacket in white which looks absolutely terrible is not worth my $90 what so ever. They do not process refunds at all, so once you place the order the money is theres even if they mess up your order and force you into paying for something you didn't buy. A "glitch in the system" is exactly how it was described in the support email, and my invoice says black, with it crossed out to show white. Their stock was misleading and caused me to spend $90 that I otherwise wouldn't. Awesome looking clothes but the company is ran with shady business practice. read more

BEWARE!! Do not purchase from Pink Dolphin online unless you are absolutely sure that the clothing is exactly what you want and that it will fit you. Even though you are purchasing sight unseen, Pink Dolphin allows no refunds or returns. Also, their exchange policy is ridiculously strict. You must request an exchange within 14 days. Moreover, there is no way to contact the company by phone, and they do not respond to emails. So, unless you've already seen the item in the store, DO NOT PURCHASE from Pink Dolphin online. read more

Living in the Bay Area there's so many stores that mostly sell the same Pink Dolphin everything. Coming here it was cool to actually see different stuff. The one dude that was there was nice and actually acknowledged us when we walked in. Very rare for Fairfax stores, haha. read more

Helpful staff. Bought a hoody that was too tight and they exchanged it for a bigger one. Very cool clothing
