I emailed them asking store hours and they gave me the wrong times for the wrong location so I ended up arriving to their Burbank location when they were closed. They emailed back an apology and said they would be open the next day from 11-3 so we yet again drove all the way back to the Burbank store from Thousand Oaks and was told we needed to pay a ten dollar appointment fee, If they even had any available appointments. Few years ago I decided to enlist only to find that they opened a magpark down the street from me... as for the review, the place has an ok selection of sneakers, the selection of clothing wasn't my flavor but I did cop a magpark shirt for $30. $25 would have been ideal but hey, if they sell they sell. The customer service was on point for me. They greeted me when I walked in. The staff definitely knows their kicks (and are almost always rocking some fire), the sneaker collection is large and they have big-name streetwear apparel on the racks (Staple Pigeon, UNDFTD, etc.) I went in a couple of days ago and after a long comparison one of the employees, Steven (?), helped me pull the trigger on my OG AJ 1 "Shadow"s. This place was featured on an episode of Worth It on Buzzfeed. Mag Park was supposed to carry the most expensive sneakers money could buy. I had to check them out. The store had a nice layout and was quite attractive. Clothing in the front, a wall of plastic shrink wrapped shoes in the back and a basketball half court in the center. The basketball court featured a real rim and a glossy wood floor. The service staff was friendly. took.Someone immediately greeted me and asked if I had any questions. Unfortunately I did not like any of the shoes they had available. Celebrity endorsement was the only reason these shoes are so expensive. I could easily find a decent pair of Nike basketball shoes at Marshalls or a Nike outlet store for $50. But because every shoe at Mag Park has a celebrity name scratched on them, they can cost $1000 to $18,000. Not worth it, especially because I am not familiar with any of these celebrities. Portos is just down the block. This is a nice store to browse after a meal at Portos. read more

Hell, if i were richer i wouldve already bought their whole inventory- Their prices are a while lot better than FlightClub or RiftLA, with that being said, you do still pay a premium, after all, it is a consignment store. The WORST customer service. Ive been coming to Magpark since they open doors. Ive bought and sold probably 20-30 pairs of shoes. I consigned a pair of infant yeezys and they took a year to sell. Listed them for 350 and when i came to pick up my check they said i came in and lowered my price to 250. i asked Steven to talk to the manager and he was already quick with the answer... my boss will say the same thing but ill ask. This is the reply i got..... I recently spoke with Steven the store manager of our Burbank location and consignment manager of our global company regarding a sale of an item that occurred recently. I was told that (and very confidently) that you approved a price drop for the item and it sold, but you have come more recent than that informing us that you never did such a thing. I have to stand firm that Steven being our top staff member would never change or adjust any pricing unless he was to do so. So with that said he are your options. The shoe was originally listed for $350.00, you approved a price drop to $250.00. You are saying this is false. We are saying it in fact happen. Option A: I am willing to drop your consignment rate to 15% at your agreed price drop list price of $250.00 which you would then get paid out $212.50. Option B: We go by your word and we pay you out for $350 minus our 20% consignment fee. which leaves you with $280.00. BUT we will be returning any items you dropped off with us, and we will respectfully not be accepting anymore inventory from you present or in the future. We have very close relationships with our consignors and that comes with a level of trust. And if we feel like that trust is in jeopardy we must move on. If you choose option A no questions asked, or resentment held, but we must make these decisions based on the betterment of our business. thank you, have a great day. When i came to discuss my options, they already had my previous consignment shoes i had for sale taken out and left in the corner with a do not touch sign. Basically before i even made my decision they already made theirs. Were sitting here arguing over a few dollars when ive been a customer for yearsssssss without a problem. Whatever u can always cop wayyyy CHEAPER prices at COOL KICKS, stockX and goat. So sick of these loser employees acting like their shit dont stink. CUSTOMER SERVICE is key.
