It was good but I had a amazing experience with Krystal in Ankeny. She was attentive, informative and made sure to enter my points into Allé. Krystal took her time doing my facial and I actually felt like I got a facial with her because my skin immediately started flaking after which is what it's supposed to do. It would have been nice to be notified that my regular LE was not longer with the company and ex person would be doing them- since then I had Ali & Kristina and Taylor finish out my treatment appointments. Each LE does the treatment different, so I had no idea what to expect for the last 6 months of my treatments. I had to keep asking them to do it the way I preferred. This was the only reason for 4 stars in this review. I have had a hydrafacial with Taylor since, and she is wonderful, easy going and explains the treatment the entire time.
