I had the boat over there by about 10;00 AM. Neko (not sure of the spelling) installed it in about 4 hours, which was less than quoted. Before I could let them know that I was fine with the mistake, the drink was dumped and remade, adding even more to the wait time. Unfortunately, the remake was also incorrect--this time missing the powder flavoring I had originally requested--resulting in a plain shake. Given the extended wait, the lack of customer service, and the price point, I cannot justify returning. I value supporting small businesses, but this experience demonstrated why many customers turn to chain establishments that have the staffing and systems to provide consistent service.
