I tried it myself, and she was right. I'd recommend sticking with the açaí bowls. This place is absolutely amazing!! They have 50 shake flavors and I've had 12 of them. None of them disappoint! They are low in sugar and carbs which I love. Even though they are healthy, they taste unbelievable! I've been served by the owners a couple of times. They are a super sweet couple that look like they are fitness models or something. Pretty people without the attitude. I'll also say that whoever decorated Grand did quite a great job. It looks straight off of HGTV. It's definitely a cozy place to hang out. I get some work done on my laptop on occasion. It's a fun place to be and I think it tends to attract a hip, younger crowd for the most part. I can't wait to go back! read more

This place is the most hip and fun place to stop at and have a healthy drink and chill for a couple hours while being surrounded by influential people all day long. I get it, I'm not your target demographic, I am not a white gym bro who's gonna buy everything in the store to get the phone number of the girl wearing the skimpy workout set. I'm there to get my smoothie period point blank. As for tipping, I'm always polite and I do tip, but I'm not inclined to leave more than a dollar when the order consistently isn't right. If the smoothie were made correctly, that would absolutely change. I like the concept and want this location to be better, but consistency, attentiveness, and basic customer service really need improvement. The matcha lavender latte I got (based on the photo ad of it) was disappointing. The ad they have is a matcha latte with lavender foam, but when I received the drink it was just matcha with no foam. So I asked where the lavender was and the employee said it was a syrup. I tried the drink and the matcha itself wasn't the best and the drink was grainy. I wouldn't order that again but I'd try a latte next time. Overall, great selection of food and most items are made to order - which takes some time but the crepes are worth it!
