Nearly 10 minutes passed before we were acknowledged, and another 10 before we were told she would be with us shortly. When my order was finally made, it was incorrect. Before I could let them know that I was fine with the mistake, the drink was dumped and remade, adding even more to the wait time. Unfortunately, the remake was also incorrect--this time missing the powder flavoring I had originally requested--resulting in a plain shake. Given the extended wait, the lack of customer service, and the price point, I cannot justify returning. I value supporting small businesses, but this experience demonstrated why many customers turn to chain establishments that have the staffing and systems to provide consistent service.

We also had the chance to enjoy coffee and pastries one morning. I had a latte, and my husband had a mocha, and both were good! Along with our drinks, we ordered a croissant, and I had a kouign-amann. Once again, my husband can attest to the quality of the pastries, given his French background. The service and the bakery's ambiance were good--clean and well set up. Seats were readily available when we visited (approximately 10 am). The parking lot is first-come, first-served, and we weren't able to park there, but we easily found street parking just a few steps away.

The side toppings were fresh and not wilted. Highly recommend trying this place out. We happen to drive by and the colorful windows caught our attention. Also parking is VERY limited, so you may have to park a block or two away.
