Update 2/18/23: Shelby, the owner, was kind enough to speak with her staff, and then with me, to figure out a solution to the issue of my being turned away for being five minutes late to my appointment. The salon actually has a 15 minute grace period, which is more aligned with other salons. Apparently the lash technician felt she needed the entire length of the appointment to make sure my lashes took the solution well enough to get a good result, so they will adjust my appointment times in the future to accommodate for this. I appreciated that Shelby talked with everyone involved and then offered a solution that was appropriate for the situation, and works for both me and the salon. I've updated this review from 3 stars to 5 to reflect the excellent customer service that Shelby and PLL have provided. Original post 2/17/23: I have made five appointments at this place. I've only had service three times. That's because if you are five minutes late, they cancel your appointment, even if you were standing right there at the desk. They are very polite, but very firm. I would suggest to them that they schedule with enough buffer time between clients so that they don't have to cancel when you've just driven 30 minutes to get to their very inaccessible location. There's always tons of traffic on 360, and even if you plan enough time to drive there, you're often stuck in traffic. You can imagine that I've been so frustrated twice when I've driven an hour round-trip just to not be able to go into my appointment. read more

Summer Lindsey did an amazing job with my lift and tint! I had never received any kind of lash services and she was very communicative about the process and pleasant to chat with. I felt safe in the private room with her, which is especially important when you're not able to use your eyes for about an hour. The lash service was also excellent. The staff at Pink Lady Lash are friendly, the studio designed well, and the services done to my satisfaction. I ranked three stars though, due to an unfortunate scleritis in my left eye caused by the irritation of (I assume) the lash adhesive. During my service my left eye was burning from the adhesive (enough to where I almost asked my tech for a break), but I powered through thinking it was a normal side effect (as I'd not had extensions in years). That evening, my lower left eye became increasingly red (shown in picture) and sore to blink. I visited a specialist the morning after my service, and she diagnosed scleritis of my left eye, which occurs when the white part of your eye becomes swollen, red, tender, or inflamed. The inflammation can spread to the back of your eye, which is why it was becoming sore to blink. I was provided treatment options, but at the end of the day was disappointed that I'd missed work, would now need to be on medication while on vacation, and suffered a bit of pain for two weeks of extensions. I think it'd be beneficial for PLL to explain the potential burn of the lash adhesive beforehand, and offer breaks as a way for a client to feel comfortable pausing a service if too uncomfortable. UPDATED: Bumped my review up to 5 stars due to the recovery efforts and excellent customer service provided by the salon, after receiving my feedback. The staff refunded me for the entire service and passed along my information to the owner who offered to do my lashes personally in the future. Thank you PLL for your hospitality! read more

I was lucky enough to have Daniela as my Lash Artist from the get go. I have been seeing her for my lash lifts ever since. I was even curious about a mixed set which was BEAUTIFUL but personally lash lifts worked better with my lifestyle than extensions.
