I love coming in here to get my lashes done. I've been a regular for a while now and always have a great experience with my volume refills. Everyone there is super friendly, professional, and highly skilled at doing lashes. I've seen a handful of lash artists there and all have been great, so you really can't go wrong, but I have become a regular of Kristina's. I came here after a lash artist from a different salon had ruined my natural lashes from applying the extensions incorrectly and Daniela at Pink Lady Lash practically had to nurse my lashes back to health. absolutely LOVE this place!! went in for a lash lift yesterday with bailey who is a lash QUEEN!! she was so sweet and fun to talk too, and also did a wonderful job with my lift!! she got me all fixed up, but with my lashes naturally being long and thick, they just didn't quite lift up as much as we had hoped! the team at pink lady(bailey, mi kayla, and natalie) were all AMAZING at communicating with me, and being so reassuring that they were going to get me the dramatic and overdrawn lash lift look i wanted!! they scheduled me back today with mi kayla, and let me just say she ROCKED it!! she went beyond my expectations and i just couldn't be happier with how they came out!! both the lash artists and the booking staff (natalie) were just OUTSTANDING with the customer service, and you could just tell they wanted me to be 10000% satisfied before letting me go! i will be recommending them to everyone and will definitely be returning myself!!! love this place!! i added some before and after photos below! read more

First time coming here and I loved it. The facility is very clean and is so cute. I got a Classic Full Set with lash tech Olivia, and all I can say is she did an amazing job. She asked me what kind of look I was going for beforehand and did her best to give me the look I was going for. And it came out amazing. I've been seeing Shelby since she was traveling back and forth from Austin to Dallas a few years ago. She was the 3rd lash tech I had ever had. Once she finished my first full set I immediately saw a difference in quality, and 2-3 weeks later my lashes looked significantly fuller than they had at the other places. She makes the entire service as comfortable as possible, and is also such a sweetheart to talk to. Watching her flourish into a business owner has been a joy, and her judge of character and talent is obviously great seeing the amazing squad she has working for her. I know that whenever I can't get in to see Shelby that I will still be taken care of. Got lashes for the first time this past week by Kelsey and they look AMAZING! I did have some serious irritation so I had to go back so my lashes could be checked on and made sure everything looked okay. Turns out it was just the under eye pads my skin reacted bad to (which isn't common but not unheard of). Just had to get eye drops from the optometrist. I also got refunded in full for the inconvenience of having to go back the next day! Amazing customer service!!!!! The manager even called me to see how I was doing. I highly recommend this place. Oh, I haven't posted a review of this place yet?! At least not on Yelp. Let me start with the basic of any business: customer service. Unbelievably friendly staff, salon manager Kat (at the Austin location), and owner Shelby. Caring and hard-working doesn't even begin to cover it. Each experience is personal AND THE LASHES! I have never been happier with the quality work done on my lashes. Lash extensions are by no means cheap but I am happy to say that my hard earned money is well spent at Pink Lady Lash. This opinion is not based off of one, five, or ten separate personal experiences. I have been a client here for over a year... literally I have had lash extensions on consistently for nearly 16 months. I do not think that being a long term customer has anything to do with the quality of service I receive, because from my very first appointment, Pink Lady Lash has been top notch. I have had classic, mixed, and volume... volume being the new love of my life. Kathleen (Master lash artist) is my lash artist, but I have also had the pleasure of a couple of other talented ladies lash me. I love that the owner Shelby personally trains each lash artist and constantly reviews their techniques. I have been told that Shelby also frequents lash educational classes/conventions to continue learning and teaching her expertise, which is completely admirable. If you are hesitant about getting lashes for the first time or for the first time since a bad experience elsewhere, this is the place you need to go! Whomever does your lashes at Pink Lady Lash will customize experience and work with you if you have any retention problems after your first or 20th visit. The salon is beautiful and the ambience is welcoming. You can see a lot of the salon and the work of each employee on social media almost daily. This makes for a personal experience like no other. Pink Lady Lash also offers a variety of other services in addition to eyelash extensions such as lash tinting, eyebrow tinting, lash lifts and Micro blading just to name a few. I personally had my eyebrows (which are every girls life) Micro bladed by Shelby last November. Couldn't be happier. Not having to do my eyebrows anymore is amazing every single day! Of course there is a 24-hour cancellation policy, but this caring staff respects and understands personal emergencies and always works with you and your schedule to get you in as soon as possible. Lastly, the benefits! If you are familiar with the Five Star app: you can earn points for each visit/service and get discounts such as 10% off, $20 off, $40 off... etc. AMAZING! There is a referral program that offers 10% off as well and I have seen several other "giveaways" on social media (one of which I won once) that just show that this business goes above and beyond for all of their clients. Bottom line: Pink Lady Lash is one of the best businesses ever and absolutely not just in their field. They respect each client and have integrity for each client. It's truly unbelievable. They will not let you walk out the door unsatisfied and that is all you can ask for. read more

Kristina is The Best! I am in my mid-50's and have lost my eyelashes and eyebrows. The sparse lashes I have are short. I get volume fills that double and triple up on my existing lashes and it looks great. She is careful to use lightweight lashes to not damage the few lashes I have left and I can't tell you how much I appreciate her. I went to several lash places over the years and my lashes were looking worse and worse. I literally was going to give up when I found Kristina. When I first read into Pink Lady Lashes I was super excited because of the great reviews. I have had lashes put on me before but this experience was not as great as I had hoped. I scheduled a classic full set and told my lash artist I wanted my lashes to be long and curly. I was a bit disappointed that one, during my session my lash artist was constantly interrupted by the phone which meant she spent less time putting lashes on me. I understood that the other lash artist were sick, out of town, family etc. but they should really consider hiring a receptionist. Two, Cathleen (my lash artist) did not provide the full set service within the 2 hours. I had saw that there were many places she could have put more if she spent the full 2 hours and were not interrupted by the phone. My lashes were not long and curly like the ones advertise on their website. Now I am writing less than 2 weeks later after my appointment and my right eye has about 6 or 8 lashes on it while the other one has 4 x amount. It is obvious. Everyday at least 3 lashes would fall out my right eye but none from left which is weird because I sleep on my left. I knew it wasn't my lash cycle because all of the extension had none of my own lashes. Cathleen is really sweet and nice to talk to but the price I had to pay for these lashes were not worth it. read more
