The spa amenities were a bit disappointing for the steep prices. The spa services themselves were very good - everyone enjoyed their massage or facial. I was seated in a very small waiting area, no robes offered like my usual spa. It was basic with tea, water, and only white wine. No snacks. I felt like it's not a place to relax before or after, it's truly "get in and get out." As I left, I saw a much larger, prettier waiting room, so I'm not sure how they determine who waits where. All in all, for the price, I won't be going back. No negatives about the esthetician as she did a good job.

They also hand you a little sheet to personalize your treatment during check in. There's cucumber water and hot tea in the lounge area. My massage (Truly Yours) also was supposed to come with a glass of champagne but I never got it.. My only complaint is during check out there was a woman working the register around 4:20 on 11/10 and her boyfriend was behind the desk.. how unprofessional! The less than ideal part of the experience is that it's a bit small. The cold plunge is a single person tub. The area around the whirlpool could use more lounge chairs, and the relaxation room is too close to the lockers. Also seemed like with the crowd it was difficult for the staff to keep up with cleaning up cups. I would come back for sure but would maybe opt for a weekday when it's presumably less busy.

Fillers are injectable substances that are absorbed by the skin to instantly add volume and create a lifting effect. To achieve my desired look, Sandy recommended using Restylane lyft and Restylane define. I wanted the tip to be included so that the person receiving the gift would not have to worry about paying anything additional when he came in for his appointment. I also went in for the foot spa the same day the recipient went in and let them know I was going to pay for mine and gave them the gift card for the other person. Unfortunately, when I redeemed the gift card, I was made to feel uncomfortable and was essentially shamed for not leaving a tip. I tried explaining several times that the tip had already been included with the gift card, but I was repeatedly told that it had not been paid. The situation became so frustrating that I had to locate and provide the original receipt to prove that the 20% tip had, in fact, already been paid. This was incredibly disappointing and embarrassing, particularly because the entire purpose of including the tip in advance was to make the experience easy and enjoyable for the gift recipient. Instead, he left feeling as though he had done something wrong by not tipping, when the tip had already been paid by me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I am very concerned about how this was handled. Your staff should be able to accurately review gift card transactions and, if there is any question about whether gratuity was included, resolve it without making the customer feel guilty or embarrassed. I hope you will take this situation seriously and review how gift cards with prepaid gratuity are documented and communicated to your staff to prevent another customer from being put in this position.
