I enjoyed her personality and work ethic so much when she relocated I moved with her. I also bring in my family and friends whenever they are in town. It is my one stop shop for eyelash extensions, manicures, pedicures, and my waxing needs! The staff are always super inviting, friendly, and very accommodating! The workspace is also always up-kept and clean. The pricing is reasonable, especially for the top tier service I receive. If you are looking for quality work and a relaxing atmosphere, come to Number 1 Nails & Spa. You will not regret it!

He did an absolutely amazing job and I am very satisfied with the results. I was offered water and their hot towels and lotion smelled divine. It was my first time trying jelly nails and Jimmy made sure I was happy every step of the way. I paid a total of $85 I will definitely be returning.

I've been getting my nails done by Ve for almost a year now, starting when they were located in Orange and continuing after they relocated to their current location in Anaheim. I first heard about Ve from my coworkers, who all have gorgeous nails, and it turns out many of them also go to her. I've struggled to find a nail technician who consistently does a great job until I found Ve. I usually get a dip nail polish, and it lasts me for weeks. Ve does an excellent job shaping my nails, and her unique technique for applying the dip powder ensures that the polish stays looking beautiful and lasting for weeks. The atmosphere at the salon is friendly and welcoming, and everyone there is sweet and attentive. If you're looking for a clean and excellent nail salon experience, look no further. I love this place! Today was my first day going there. They were polite and friendly. The salon looks nice and clean. And the surround music was relaxing. I found this place after browsing their photos of recent nails work. The photos had a subtle elegance the way I wanted my nails and were posted within this year. When I came in Lindsay (spelling?) was really nice and actually spent quality time on my acrylic nails to make them beautifully shaped and long lasting. I noticed the difference right away versus other salons that took shortcuts and rushed me out of there. So my nails were the perfect almond shape with the right amount of curvature and edge thinness on every finger. It's my 4th time with Lindsay and I am 4weeks in between appointments every time, and none of my nails lifted or chipped. The prices here are 25% less than at my old nail shop, that's a really nice value for quality work read more

It is surprised to find this nail Solon. I called at late evening. Many nail Solon were closed before the posted time but this nail solon is still open as their posted time on Sunday. Was looking for a place close by to remove my horrible acrylics I had done elsewhere and came across this place. I was pretty skeptical at first because of the reviews, but I was in a rush so i decided to come by and get gel ). Nancy did my nails and everyone there was so welcoming. They took my temperature and offered me a bottle of water since it was very hot. After my pleasant experience, I decided to come back for acrylics. Nancy, once again, was phenomenal! I got a gel full set for $35 and it came out thiccc. Sloppy job. If I had choices, this would be my last choice. The lady that was gossiping with the tech asked me to pick a color. I picked the mood color changing one since I've never seen those before. (I don't know what it actually does or anything about those polishes, it was my first time knowing about their existence). She came back with a random pink one and said, "this one good-- it's pink like that one." LOL, I picked a light purple one...... but okay, whatever. I didn't expect much from them or set any expectations because I rather not be disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I want to like this place since it's extremely convenient for me to go to the gym and then get my nails done but the work isn't up to par with all these other nail salons nearby. read more

This place is so disgusting... I regret going here but my mom wanted to go here cause it was next to the boba shop we went too. The lady's are RUDE, the water bowls are dirty as hell and all the materials they used are so dirty. I'm pretty sure this place is a health code violation and they need to be shut down.... DISGUSTING. How I am I gonna pay $30 for a gel pedicure when she's doing my damn pedicure ON THE FLOOR????? I don't get this. Mary was very friendly from the start. She welcomed my girlfriend in and repaired a broken nail. After, she decided to get a new design altogether so Mary helped her pick out a new one. The end result came out perfectly and we couldn't ask for better. Mary was friendly throughout our time here and she did a great job. When I pointed out that the flowers were supposed to be pink and purple, she appeared frustrated about having to redo them. I apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I thought the white was just the base color that would be painted over. After that, I felt uncomfortable with how my service was handled. While doing my cuticle work, the technician nicked my skin twice, and toward the end of the service seemed to be digging the cuticle cutter into my fingers more aggressively. I brought the cuts to management's attention before leaving. I also had concerns about the pricing. My total was $122, and I was told I was receiving a $7 discount, bringing the total to $115. However, the salon advertises a cash discount, and when I offered to pay cash, I was told I could not receive the cash discount because I was already receiving the $7 discount from fingers being cut. This was confusing and did not feel transparent. To be fair, I do like how my nails turned out, and I tipped both technicians because I appreciated the work that was done. However, customer service and professionalism are just as important as the final result. I have experienced similar issues here before, and after this visit I don't feel comfortable returning. I've included photos of the cuts on my fingers as well as the finished nails so others can make their own judgment. I also included a photo from a previous time my cuticle was cut that I brought to their attention which hurt very bad and received a $5 discount.

I've been coming here since I moved to Orange County 6 years ago, and I honestly won't go anywhere else. From full sets to pedicures, everything always comes out beautiful and lasts so well. I've been to other places before (not by choice lol -- my mom was treating me, so I can't complain ), but nothing compares to Billion Nails. The staff here always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. This is definitely my favorite nail salon and I 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for quality nails and great service!

The vibes were fun, the massage chairs and pillows were comfortable and the music was boppin' for a fun nail afternoon with friends. Now I do want to note - the job they did was not perfect. Some bits came out not matching or not quite the perfect shape. But she checked with me after every step and I had an opportunity to correct if I had better eagle eyes in the moment. I was just too overstimulated at the time to notice - but I think someone who knows exactly what they want would be able to direct them better toward perfection! Just keep an eye on it and be clear and I'm sure they can do it.

Tracy wanted to charge extra for nail cutting during an acrylic fill. I have been doing my nails for years, and never have I been charged for that. Not to mention my nails didn't even need to be cut much. Maybe a centimeter or two since they were already short to begin with. I agreed to pay the extra for nail cutting just so she could continue, but I could tell she was upset since I questioned her pricing. To break the awkwardness, I was just playing on my phone. Texting my friend, checking on my son's baby monitor etc. Tracy then blindly accused me of posting on yelp, yelling at me saying I'm trying to ruin her business, that I will have bad luck because I'm doing this, etc. I told her I wasn't on yelp at all and she just continued to yell and scold me. It was crazy. I could tell she creates such a toxic work place for her workers. I hope the very sweet pedicure lady finds new employment. She was extremely kind and gentle to me. How they have so many positive reviews is beyond me. If you take time to scroll, you can see they also have multiple negative reviews due to hygiene issues, causing infections, appointment issues, customer service issues, and others who have had issues with Tracy directly. There are also tons of fake yelp reviews that yelp does not recommend. You can access those at the very bottom. Reviews from accounts that have no other reviews and no yelp friends. I debated on whether or not I was going to post this, but nobody deserves to be treated the way Tracy treated me based on a blind assumption. Please think twice about coming here. You get what you pay for here and that's why they have "deals" Monday-Wednesday for 4 hours. Every time I went in some poor lady would come back upset because her nails broke 2 days later after getting her manicure or within 5 days. They'll blame you every time for it too. Their facility is not clean at all and the restroom there will confirm it. Their nail products are old and expired as well. They'll play nice until they get called out for their lack of consistent work and blame you for the nails not lasting long when it really is all about how they prepped your nails. You're not saving money if you're having to go back every week and you're better off paying an additional 20 dollars for a longer lasting manicure.

The locker room is luxurious with lots of amenities, including 2 showers (they have on-wall shampoo/conditioner/body wash), 3 bathroom stalls, 1 steam room, oodles of lockers which have your robe and rubber slipper shoes and space to put all your stuff during your treatment, and all of the self-care goodies near the 2 sinks (mouthwash, body lotion, makeup remover, hair spray and gel, clean combs and brushes, an aromatherapy machine) as well as flavored water. They use nice towels to dry your hands, and they have body towels if you take a shower. The lounge space is co-ed, with loungers, chairs, 2 flavored waters, 2 types of small bite-size pastries (blueberry bread and cranberry orange scones), and they offered me hot tea. The wall nearby appears to be stained-glass. Wowsers, what an experience. It's absolutely worth it. Spend the money on yourself, indulge, and you will never regret it. This business is racist. I watch countless times where they help white and Asian women before mexican and blacks. Their whole demeanor in which they speak to whites and Asians are completely different. Their tone and their choice of words.today I witnessed them charging a black young mother $5 for color,. If you don't color right or if the customer doesn't think you are painting the nail and you paint her fingers ...you don't charge extra.if I mess up your hair in my shop I don't charge you extra for my error. The whole point of Spa pedicure is the massage chair , and bubbles, and stuff. full spa style. When the chair doesn't work , the water is ice cold and the chair does not massage. while the hell am i paying 20 bucks ? This shop sucks. They need to get a face lift. I feel bad for Mary because she's nice, but this place is stank. It always smells like catfish, they use cheap products, you'll never see them sanitize and can't do nails straight to save their lives. always crooked..and of course they will tell you its "your eye," haha! read more
